So, ladies, bring cab money because you are not gonna want to be in the CTA after a girl's night from this place. The one off of Belmont is in close proximity to some great dives if you are looking for someplace to "wear" your buzz off. The location down the way is great too. The food, however, is overpriced and uninspired. Rice and beans are a la carte, which is very annoying in a tex-mex restaurant. The tables are a bit cramped together. Great Margaritas. 4 By Anonymous Cesar's This is a fun atmosphere and this place has great Sopa de Fideo (noodle soup) and really great margaritas.
