Cesar's has some of the best margaritas in the city!! And they are H-U-G-E. So, ladies, bring cab money because you are not gonna want to be in the CTA after a girl's night from this place. The one off of Belmont is in close proximity to some great dives if you are looking for someplace to "wear" your buzz off. The location down the way is great too. Both get crowded easily on the weekends, so beware. Overall, good food. Not authentic to my tasting, but I never leave hungry.

The margaritas here are great - large, and lots of flavor combos. The food, however, is overpriced and uninspired. Rice and beans are a la carte, which is very annoying in a tex-mex restaurant. The tables are a bit cramped together.

PROS: good people-watching, close to the EL
CONS: overpriced, tasteless food
