Uniglobe Lawrence Travel

The best word to describe Uniglobe Lawrence Travel's customer service is AWFUL. Very ignorant travel agent I worked with took three weeks to price my vacation not to mention she never replied to my follow up emails. Obviously she didn't care about her client and her business. A friend of mine also had the same experience with her. I would not recommend this agency to anybody unless what you are looking for is ignorance and laziness. I booked my vacation with another nice agent who was able to help me the same day and who was MUCH cheaper than Uniglobe Lawrece Travel. Do yourself a favor and don't use this agency!!!
