In ShortEstablished in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

The food was good, which is a good thing, since we had to wait long enough for it. Not sure why lately I never get utensils...the server forgot about us at one point. Also, when we asked if they served regular lemonade, we were told yes, then the server became irritated when we asked if the pink colored lemonade she brought to the table was regular, and she responded, "no it's raspberry" with a sigh, and we said, no we wanted regular, no additional flavors ( this was when she forgot about us, came back with the meal and asked if we wanted anything else, and we responded lemonade or something else, and some utensils please? ) we are worrying now more than ever after watching that movie "Waiting"....

The food is very over rated on tv. I went there and had lunch. The food is very slim than they show on tv. The resturant is has great service and is very clean. But the in the food area they should do better with serving and giving more on the plate for the money you have to put out. I like there salad and soup lunch special.
