Sizzor Shak Salon & Color Spa

I am new to the area and absolutely hated leaving my long time stylist in my hometown. However, I called Sizzor Shak and requested a stylist who was experienced with long, thick hair. They booked me with Megan and got me in the very next day for cut and color. When I arrived, I was greated quite warmly by the staff and made to feel like I was a long time client rather than a new one. The salon was very bright, cheerful and clean. Megan took her time to consult with me about what I wanted and then offered recommendations which really personalized the experience. I got bangs cut in, some framing around the face, and long layers. My cut and color turned out amazing! I was very pleased and received lots of compliments on it! The pricing was very reasonable.

I called a few days later to request a color touch up (my new growth didnt take the color as well as the rest of my hair that had previously been colored). The Sizzor Shak accomodated me and again was able to get me in quickly. Megan matched up some new color for my roots and got me all fixed up! She also helped me pick out some new shampoo and conditioner to help my color stay amazing and to help condition my hair.

My next appointment is in a few weeks for a bang trim. I am also looking oveer the Facial Menu and will be scheduling a facial, as soon as I can decide on one!

The staff and atmosphere of the Sizzor Shak has won me over! This new client is now a loyal client. Thank you Megan and Thank you Sizzor Shak!

I'm so thrilled that it was so easy to find a fabulous salon so quickly after moving to the area! I was a little unsure about going somewhere with the word "Shak" in the title ;) but it turned out to be way more than that! I'm heading back today for a new look!

The Sizzor Shak is a amazing. This was the first place I tried out when I moved to Collinsville, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are welcoming, friendly, and the salon is clean and presentable. On top of that, they have reasonable prices and their stylists are great. I tried a style for my hair that I have never done before and I was extremely nervous that it wouldn't look right. My stylists constantly reassured me and ended up doing a fantastic job. When you go to the Sizzor Shak once, you'll never want to go anywhere else. This place is fantastic.

I have been a costumer at Sizzor Shak for many years now and have trusted every girl to do my hair. I have had many services at the salon between haircuts to facials! There are many girls that work at the salon but I have never once had a bad experience. I usually call and make an appointment for anyone but sometimes I stop in for a quick cut or eyebrow wax and they always have someone avaliable to fit me in! This salon is one of the best salons I have ever visited and I will continue to come back for many years. The staff at Sizzor Shak is the most friendly staff I have had anywhere. I also visited Sizzor Shak for my wedding and had a very large bridal party! The updos looked great and my airbrush makeup was amazing. I looked flawless! My wedding day fell on a sunday and the salon is normally not open on sundays but they opened just for me and I have a very large bridal party with me... they were very helpful and so sweet! I love this place and I would recommend it to ANYONE... men, women, & children!
