I took my car here once needing a fuel line because the old one leaked. To save some cash, I asked them if they could cut out the bad section out and clamp a new section in; they explained they didn't recommend it because of the pressure the hose runs under, I needed a new fuel line. I agreed to their explanation and asked to be contacted with a quote before they installed the new fuel line.

The next day I went back to find out what was taking so long with the quote on the work and they came back with a wild story about how there wasn't a single fuel line for my Pontiac 'in the whole U.S.' When I asked for my car back, they said they had cut out the old section and clamped it -- without my consent --, without any warranty that the botched job would work and charged me $250 -- they held my car until I paid. Their fuel line 'repair' leaked within a day.

I found a local mechanic from Vietnam and he found and installed the WHOLE FUEL LINE for $180 by contacting Pontiac central two days later. Lesson Learned: Jacobs Twin Buick MANAGERS AND PERSONNEL ARE DISHONEST! Beware, you've been warned of their shady practice.

PROS: None. They are dishonest.
CONS: Dishonest practices, bad communication, renegers, extortionists.

I bought a new Ford Mustang at Jacobs Twin ! Beware- They cant seem to put a remote starter on without slitting tops, spilling paint on the car and seats (possibly from a Chicago Acid Rain )and will blame it on the You , I mean the hail! They offered for us both to pay half at 1400 dollars (the total of Ford quote of 1500.00 dollarsfor replacing it ) You have been warned .Stay away !

I bought my car from this dealership and i would have to say that it was not the best. Not nly did i have to wait a long time to see my salesman to finsh up the paperwork, but there were little loopholes here and there which added up to the cost to my car. in the end, i wish i would have went out to the suburbs instead and dealed with some nicer dealerships. price was ok.

This is a nice, large dealership. They have lots of models available on-site. Their sales reps are great and they always bargain really well for a great deal on great cars!
