Armitage Produce
by Jorge R.
Armitage Produce is one of the best markets in the Logan Square/Bucktown area. They just remodeled (looks awesome) and just added a full-line Liquor Department. They have the freshest produce in the area at the best prices. The Meat Department has always fresh-cuts of meats at affordable prices. They carry a full-line of Puerto Rican products but they cater to all ethnicities. The staff is very friendly and courteous. This is my one-stop-shop for all my grocery needs.

I called to find out the price of the bola de res for a big Father's day party i am having in my organization. Per Peter Owner of the store said NO if i want the price to come in. Peter this was uncalled for. If you were having a bad day don't take it out on your customers. This is not good business.

No customer courtesy
by Efrain R.
I tried calling to find out a price about the Bola de Res for a big party I was going to have with my organization. The two people who answered, answered the phone on speaker and told me that everyone was working, that they don't work in the meat market and they could not help me. I know it was the office that picked up and I do say that they were not helpful at all. That was not good business practice and not customer courtesy. They need to learn to be helpful if they was to be successful. New building should mean better attitude and more customer loyalty.

If you are Puerto Rican you must visit this Super Store. Full line of Goya products, Coco Lopez,Florecitas, Goodo Kolas, Maltas, Caribik Parcha, and much more. A ++++ produce. Quenepas, Big P.R. Avocados, mangoteens, guineo verde (extra green), platanos, yautias, calabazas, yucas, name. I am telling you.... everything.
Also full line of meats from Pernils, carne de puerco, paletilla, mortadela. It's like being back on the island, especially on weekends when they crank up the boricua music. Must see.
