I have been going to LZ for years. They have everything you can think of in fabric. A family business that is very accommodating and will make the deal if you buy in bulk. Can't beat the service, they are on point with their estimates of special orders is why many artists, tailors, seamstress (like me) bring their clients to go through 3 floors of fabulous fabric....Good job Steve and the crew..margodesignschicago

You cannot picture this place until you take the time to visit. Three floors of hodge podge new and old one of a kind fabric and accessories. They make deals for mesh and sellout items. Their lace, brocade, leather, and upholstery are something else. Lots of artists shop at this place too. i love it.

This place is truly a hidden treasure for fabric lover in the west side of Chicago neighbourhood called Pilsen. They sell just about any kind of fabrics you need to make clothings, window treatment, bedroom bed sheet, and quilt. If you want to come visit, the best time is during the day when the residents around are working, because parking is a huge challenge in this neighbourhood. They are closed on Saturday, but open on Sunday.
