We were happy with the selection and service here. We had our front door and screen replaced. Delivery was on schedule. The quality of the workmanship and installation was very good. There was a small problem with one door that was resolved quickly.

I bought a picture window from this company. The installation was shoddy at best. Caulk was missing in huge gaps and the trim holding the window in was broken in three places. To hide this from me, they covered it all up with gobs of latex caulk. I repeatedly called the owner who promised to come see the "workmanship" but never did. I finally had my son photograph the window and submitted the photos to the owner. Then - without calling or contacting me, they showed up while I was gone and slapped MORE caulk on the already-poor installation. My neighbors saw this and one of them came over and commented on what a lousy job they had done. Now I have to pay to have the installation redone. I am 77 years old, have lived in this neighborhood for over 25 years, and I don't appreciate businesses like this.
