Ratings_icons love FCI

karen g.

Overall, I had a great experience with FCI. I had previously seen Dr. Sherbahn at AFCC and he told me that donor egg was my only option. I am 32 years old and my FSH is 22. He refused to do IVF with me using my own eggs. Basically, he was trying to protect his statistics. I went for second opinions with 2 other doctors and ended up with Dr. Feinberg at Highland Park. While she did tell me that donor egg would definitely give me a higher chance of success, she stressed the fact that my age was more important and that I was young. She explained that FCI's statistics may look worse on paper (admittedly they do...) BUT that because they will give anyone a chance, that is the reason why. They don't "cherry pick" their patients like other clinics. Thank goodness, because even though I only had 3 eggs retrieved and needed super high doses of medicines, I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. If it weren't for FCI, I probably would never have gotten pregnant. I had a truly great experience there, loved the nurses, loved the ultrasound techs (especially Jay!!) and really can't make sense of the horrible reviews on this board. I just cannot believe it is the same practice that I went to. FCI Rocks!

Ratings_icons Very questionable billing practices

Brian C.

In reference to the Oak Brook and Glenview Locations. Avoid as they are borderline criminal in their billing practices. They "claimed" we were not insured, which is false, so we had to pay for all of the services up front. I submitted the claims to my insurance company and they reinbursed us their portion of the charges promptly. When I approached FCI, they refused to pay me the portion of the bill they owed us, even though the EOB clearly stated the amount. In addition they charged us for services and then also billed our insurance, so when I went to submit my claims some were denied. In essence the clinic was double billing. They also started adding charges to our account after we left the office, stating that they were "mistakes." While we have gotten pregnant with them, I would not recommend anyone to use them. The hassles I continue to go through to ensure we are billed properly are something no one should have to go through. There are too many fertility centers out there, if you don't want stress and hassle , go somewhere else.

Ratings_icons FCI worked for me!

Lucky D.

Well, after a long period of fertility problems, I'm finally pregnant! Here's my story with FCI. I went to several locations because if I wasn't happy with the folks at a location, I'd change. I went to River North, it was too impersonal for such a personal matter, for me at least. Nobody ever knew or cared who I was. I went to Buffalo Grove, where the ladies seemed more interested in chatting with each other than providing care and support for patients. They would often be on the phone and reveal the patient's name and personal things in very clear earshot of everyone. I should say that the ultrasound techs were nice and did a good job though. Then I went to Highland Park, the worst yet. Lots of staff who seemed to just stand around doing nothing at the front desk while the waiting room overflowed with patients. I ended up in Glenview, a great experience! I highly recommend this office. My IVF retrieval and transfer was at Highland Park with a doctor I had not met before and was not warned about the change in doctors. This put a lot of stress on me when I least needed it. It's unprofessional. They could have just given me a heads up. That's why I rated 4 stars. I liked him though and it did result in a BFP so I can't complain! I'm over 35 and pregnant on first IVF!

Ratings_icons Fertility Centers Of Illinois is THE BEST!!!!

A K.

All of My experiences were great at the Hoffman Estates location. From the receptionists to the nurses to the u/s tech and finally the doctor. Dr Nani was great! Cathy, Vita, Nora and Sallyann always answered all of my questions, called me back, got me in if I forgot to set up an appointment. I am now 9 weeks pregnant with TWINS, and can not thank FCI enough!!!!! We had the procedure at the River North office. All of the nurses there were friendly and professional as well. We only had to go through ONE IVF cycle. My first appointment with them was in May and I was pregnant in July. They understand our needs as want to be parents and are very accomodating. I read some of these postings while I was going through my cycle, and started to get nervous, but nothing I experienced even came close. I felt as if everone in the office really cared about my outcome. THANKS FCI HOFFMAN ESTATES!!! You made all of our dreams of having a big family possible!!!!

Ratings_icons Fertility Centers Of Illinois is HORRIBLE CDC LIVE BIRTH RATES

Anonymous A.

ME: Under the age of 30, perfect tubes, everything working with the spouse, almost perfect day 5 blastocysts, no other known infertility factors, BUT NOT PREGNANT after IUI and IVF cycles. Switched to different (non-FCI) doctor and pregnant after one IVF cycle!

FCI: CHECK THE CDC RATES and FCI doesn't even beat the national average. Additionally, they don't perform well as compared to other Chicago area fertility docs. (again, check out the CDC info.) The other posts are correct - you are hearded through like cattle (They do the second largest volume of business nationally according to most recent '06 published CDC info.) with minimal contact with doctors. You are given instructions from the nurses via phone...I never met my nurses face to face as they are staffed in a calling location. The nurses mostly determine your "protocols" and change things without consulting the doctor..in other words, the protocols are scripted and not individualized. A different doctor (all of whom I never met prior) performed IVF transfers each time. My main doc. never did a procedure. Poor bedside manner...loud music in the lab while transfer taking place, inappropriate comments by staff, HIPA violations (discussing your care in hallways and lobby areas). Judging by their live birth rates, I have to question their trasfer techniques and lab environment. The only pleasant thing I can offer is that some of the nurses who take blood and some of the ultrasound techs. were nice.

Ratings_icons Fertility Centers Of Illinois, great physicians, poor business

Mary S.

The physicians are brilliant scientists and the laboratories second to none, but the business itself needs much more professionalism and wholesale improvements must be made in the way it is run. It is painfully clear that there is no leadership at this place to speak of. We had babies due to great doctors, but if they were not great doctors, if they were any other type of business, they'd be out of business because of the way they run their business.

Ratings_icons Very disappointed

K M.

The experiences with the doctors were all positive. Unfortunately, you rarely talk to the doctors. The majority of my interactions were with the nurse at Hoffman Estates. Very unprofessional and rude. During my IVF cycle, the office experienced layoffs thereby reducing the quality of my care. They are also looking for other ways to cut costs (ie. going to larger, more painful, needles for blood draws). The day of my pregnancy test, the nurse told me "I bet you're pregnant". You can imagine my disappointment when I got the call 5 hours later that the results were negative. Again, very unprofessional, not to mention insensitive. Look elsewhere.

Ratings_icons Herd you like cattle

anonymous a.

They claim they deliver more babies than the next 10 clinics combined--it's because they have more locations, and see a ton more patients. They herd their patients like cattle through the process. All they care about is making money--they have a lot of hidden costs.

If you want personal care, do not go here.

Ratings_icons Amazing Experience at FCI

Christine H.

I had a great experience at FCI. I was referred to Dr. Jacobs in Buffalo Grove, and I have to disagree with those who say that they are worried about their stats. I was a case that very few other doctors would even let me in the door. As a matter of fact, my hormone levels indicated that I was about to go into menopause- at 34. Dr. Jacobs allowed me to try IVF cycles. He was supportive, but realistic (our chances of conceiving even with IVF were less than 10%). It took 4 IVF cycles, but I am now 29 weeks pregnant with twins. If he had been worried about his stats, he never would have let me in the door, except to use donor egg.

I did my IVFs at River North, and while I realize that they do a lot of volume out of that facility, I always felt taken care of- I knew the nurses and techs on a first name basis. Of course, I was a "frequent flyer", but the nurses were caring and outstanding with me. My second IVF, when NO eggs were retrieved from my follicles, I remember that two of the nurses started crying with me. Even my IVF coordinator, Marcia (out of Lindenhurst) was great. She and Dr. Jacobs were always available to answer questions via email and my calls were always promptly returned. Dr. Jacobs always followed up with an email after my pregnancy tests, either to send his condolences, or as in the last time, share his excitement.

Having said that, I will say that I wasn't thrilled with the receptionists at Buffalo Grove all the time. But really, it was a small issue for me, as I made sure that I did all of my monitoring at River North, where I felt taken care of.

Overall, my experience was amazing. I would recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone.

Ratings_icons Hoffman Estates LOVE THEM

Tt h.

I wanted to write a positive review for all the couples that are trying to get pregnant. My husband and I went through 2 cycles of insemination that didn't work then Dr. Nani said how about IVF I had 10 frozen embryo's I did 1 frozen cycle and I had some complications but the nurses and Dr. Nani helped me through it. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks into the pregnancy. I transferred 3 more embryo's on July 4, 2007 and I now have a son that is 11 months old and he is the best thing that ever happened to me and my husband. I have gone back to talk to Dr. Nani about my 4 last frozen embryo's and I have been working very close with my nurse and Dr. Nani and sometimes your body just doesn't like to cooperate and that is not the Dr's fault or nurses. So I am on some fertility shots now and I am hopping my body does react to the medicine and Dr. Nani will transfer my last 4 embryo's and my son will have a baby brother or sister or maybe both... Fertility is all about patients and if you are suppose to have a child in this world you will. Anything is possible. I hope this helped anyone that thought that FCI was not a good place to go... I love the people there and everyone is very kind and understanding.

Ratings_icons No issues at Crystal Lake location...

M W.

After being told from a previous Fertility Clinic in Hoffman Estates that my egg quality was poor at at the age of 33 and would never be able to use my own eggs I started to lose hope. I had 2 failed IVF cycles from this clinic(in Hoffman Estates) and was told you don't respond well to injectables and you must use donor eggs. I decided to try FCI. The staff at Crystal Lake is always very personable, their always available to get in contact with if you have any questions. The nurses always call with instructions and never have I had an issue with no one being available. My third IVF cycle at FCI was successful and I now have a healthy 8 month old. Both my transfers and retrievals were at Highland Park and I had no issues at all over there. Dr Jacobs was wonderful always available even by personal e-mail if any questions are needed to be answered. I was give hope at this clinic and I'm planning on returning 2/09 for my next successful IVF.

Ratings_icons Two positive experiences

A. M.

I saw all these negative reviews and felt I have to write one as I had a very positive experience and have two healthy children thanks to FCI. Other inferitility doctors told me I could only do expensive invitro treatment...I had all but given up on the idea. After speaking with Dr. Rapisarda who came very highly recommended he told me I could get pregnant with just injections and I did both times. The staff and nurses were always nice and helpful. However just as with anything you need to be aware and on top of things. Both times I caught mistakes made by nurses in terms of dosage and procedure and brought it to the Dr's. attention.

I have several friends who also have children after using FCI.
Best of luck to you all....remember prayer is the first best medicine.

Ratings_icons Dr. Beltsos is AMAZING!!!

Just got pregnant after 1 IVF cycle at FCI. I had 3 at other cycles at 2 centers in IL. I am impressed by the CDC rates. Do not believe the other post. Most centers don't post their rates bc their rates SUCK and they dont want to admit it! I always received a call from my nurses and sometimes after hours but I always had their emails in case I couldn't get through on the phone. Those nurses work very hard and have to call all those patients we see in the waiting rooms daily! Give FCI a chance and dont let other doctors just bill your insurance. FCI Rocks!!!!

The staff is a total joke. Unprofessional, Incompetant and Rude would be the adjectives that come to mind.

Unprofessional - Doctors showing up late for scheduled appointment and/or canceling all together. This has happened 4 times.

Incompetant - Nurses advising us to take wrong medication, Doctors who couldn't find a sperm sample provided that same day, Staff routinely looking lost and or half asleep.

Rude - The doctor belched during one appointment. Crude jokes were being made by staff about other patients. Unbelievable.

In looking at these reviews I WISH I would have known about FCI's repution before trusting them with the most important thing in my life.

FCI is a joke, check their CDC Rates they are horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY.
We finished a failed IVF with them a few months ago and are changing to Advanced Fertility Centers in Gurnee.
FCI, failed to call us to give medication instructions, failed to order medication and when they did, ordered wrong medication and you can't return it CareMark. Then they blamed us for not ordering after we left 3 messages with no return phone call to head nurse in Highland Park. Lack of patient care and organization.
They make all patients go on pill to get on their schedule regardless of their egg reserve (pill can lower your reserve).

Do your homework first before you choose. The IVF process is stressful enough, the clinic you choose should not make it harder. Good Luck getting your records from FCI. It will take several attempts.

Ratings_icons Baby Factory and a Scam

Emily S.

FCI Glenview, Lindenhurst, Highland Park, and River North are all a disgrace. I have been to all of these clinics trying to give one after another a chance. There are so many reasons why I urge people to go elsewhere.

1. The staff treats the patients horribly. When they forgot to call in one my prescriptions they accused ME of forgetting to order it. Last time I checked it is the responsibility of the Dr. to call in prescriptions.

2. They put all of their patients on the same schedule so they are always overworked, understaffed, and extremely unorganized. I had to constantly remind them of my protocol and what stage of my cycle I was on.

3. The nurse called and told me to take the wrong dose of medication.

4. They do not believe in personalized protocols. An example of this is that they use ICSI on every patient, regardless of sperm quality. This is so they can make the extra $1200.

5. The staff is extremely unorganized and cannot keep all of their patients straight. An example of this is when my husband went to give his semen analysis and he was given a different patient's information. I could have ended up with the wrong man's sperm!!!

6. Their ultrasound machines are out-of-date.

7. The final straw for me was after 3 failed cycles and $35,000 later I was told that I was the reason for the failures and that more genetic testing would be necessary. Dr. Rapisarda recommended $30,000 more worth of testing. I got a second opinion and was told that this statement was incorrect. I am now pregnant after ONE CYCLE with another Dr. and we did not use ICSI and no additional testing was necessary.

FCI is a racket and should be put out of business. Check out their CDC rates, they are horrible.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is DON"T GO TO FCI unless you want to waste your money. IVF is stressful enough and they make it so much worse.

Ratings_icons What a mess!

lisa s.

BEWARE! I have experiences at both River North and Highland Park. First, River North patients may want to know that I switched to Highland Park because the doctor said they had a higher success rate! Would have been nice to know before I went through my first cycle. Here is a list of some of the issues I had to deal with-all true.

1. I wanted to get my last IVF cycle in before the new year to save money. River North forgot and due to Christmas holiday I had to want until Jan. which resulted in more bills for us.

2. Highland park nurse forgot to tell me when I was supposed to start taking one on my shots.

3. Even though I had appointments waited hours on Friday mornings at River North.

4. Here is the topper for me, my last cycle was in February, and we paid the entire bill. Four months later we received another bill even though the previous bill said no insurance pending. When my husband called they told him he could not read a bill and made him fax it to them. Now we owe them more money. So I guess they can just send bills whenever they want. It was next to impossible to get someone to call us back because no one cares!

Ratings_icons Buyer Beware at FCI River North.

Bummed O.

If you're considering FCI River North and your experience is anything like mine, prepare for the following:

- missed calls made to incorrect phone numbers
- LATE calls (i.e. minutes before their offices close; good luck calling them back with any questions or to schedule an appointment that day as a result)
- no weekend ultrasound monitoring or bloodwork for non-IVF patients (yikes!)
- inconsistent information from one nurse to the next
- unreturned calls when you have questions
- inadequate or unclear instructions
- no demos (other than an online video) for giving injections
- little to no doctor involvement in reviewing your files
- little to no contact from your doctor, period
- difficulty getting your files sent to other specialists (and files that contain shockingly little info when they do arrive)
- failure to follow through in a timely manner with insurance company thus delaying treatment for another cycle

I know some people have written that they have had good experiences at FCI. I'm glad for them that it worked out well, but my own experience was anything but. And comparing notes with a friend of mine receiving treatment elsewhere only solidified my misgivings.

ALSO, and this is critical, check your fertility clinic's CDC success rates for IVF. And go to the CDC's site, not your clinic's. FCI's are pretty unimpressive, in light of the large number of women they treat. Although some of the nurses - Lisa and Melanie in particular - are great, my husband and I have decided the overall sloppiness of FCI's approach certainly wouldn't help our IVF success rates. So we left - and are now going out-of-network in the hopes of receiving better care.

Ratings_icons Lack of Patient Care, Highland Park

Annonymus H.

You will not receive patient care, returned phone calls, personalized care, from Highland Park. You have to create it yourself by being very proactive with your plan. Anyone going through the challenges of infertility, should not have to worry about lack of return phone calls and medications. I believe 2-4 days is plenty of time to call a patient back.

- No return phone calls, No email response - Highland Park
- Should call by 6p.m. day of blood/ultrasound. Did not call and when we called head nurse she said message was left but it was left at a number that was not mine. In the event of a failed call the second number should be called, it was not.

Don't waste your time or money. FCI will make you mentally sick!

I am currently a patient at this office and I feel that the office staff and nurses are nothing but helpful and caring. Yes I didn't believed what I read here and said FCI in Glenview should be different but they were not. They just took our money.

People please be aware FCI center in Glenview will just take your money, nurses are running the game, they care about your money.

We spend more than $5,000 and the result is ZERO.

Stay away form FCI or you will waste your money and time.

At least print this and put it somewhere, couple years after going to FCI then open and read my review then you will see what I feel.

Ratings_icons Terrible bedside manner

Anonymous

I was a patient of the Buffalo Grove location for over 3 years. The receptionists are rude, lazy and very difficult to work with. We did 4 insems and 5 IVFs. Three very precious cycles were lost due to low progesterone levels and bleeding two days after embryo transfer. The 2nd time it happened, I went into the office and told them I was bleeding and the receptionist, in front of a waiting room full of patients, told the nurse "what does she expect us to do about it" !!!! Finally, they agreed to do a progesterone level and results came back later that it was very low. This was after I had gotten pregnant on a previous cycle but I lost the pregnancy due to low progesterone and bleeding. This is something very simple that they should be on top of and they need to take better care of their patients. They absolutely do not have their act together. The final IVF was also lost due to bleeding two days after transfer. I called my IVF coordinator, and she told me it was normal, even though I insisted low progesterone was a problem in the past. By the time the pregnancy test date arrived, my period had come and gone and I was just too angry to even bother going in for the test or having a final meeting with the RE. We did IVF at River North and at Highland Park but monitoring at Buffalo Grove - some of the staff are great and some are just terrible to work with and you go through the process blind because no one tells you what's going on. We should not have stuck it out with them or wasted so much money. We would not recommend FCI - we gave them everything we had, we threw oursleves into treatment whole heartedly and they screwed up over and over again. Wrong meds, no meds, wrong doses, bad cycle management, poor instructions and info. 3 years of terrible 'bedside manner'. Congrats to those lucky few who manage to conceive with FCI.

Ratings_icons What a Disappointment!

Anonymous

After a few years of Infertility treatment my husband and I decided to go to FCI, After scheduling our appointment 1 month out and rearranging our work schedules to accommodate our appointment we were a little disappointed to receive a call a few days prior to our First appointment that our Doctor was going to be in a conference. Disappointed yes, but we understood that schedules change and things happen, so we rescheduled, of course we could not get in for several more weeks now. Rearranging our work schedules once again we were looking forward to our impending appointment, that is until the night before our appointment we received a message that our appointment was cancelled yet again! Our doctor was out of town!!!! At this point our new appt had been scheduled for weeks and they only informed us that our Dr was out of town the night before? That evening I called the office and of course they were closed for the night so I left a brief (and yes polite) message that I would like to speak with someone regarding this and that yes, I was a little disappointed thus far. It has been a few days now, and I still have not received a call from anyone! Infertility is such an important and personal issue and I am so disappointed in this facility. If they couldn't manage to keep our consultation appointments what would an expensive treatment cycle be like?? I would never reschedule an appointment and I do not feel that FCI is worth our time nor our money!

Ratings_icons FCI was such a racket

After my IVF cycle didn't go well it was obvious that Dr. Nani didn't want to have anything to do with me. She never called me when she said she would and I never heard from them again. When I called them to see what was going on they finally admitted "they considered stopping my treatment" but said they would do one more cycle. It was obvious they were worried about their statistics- like I was a statistic gone bad. On top of that, they completely screwed me when it came to getting their money. When I came in for my last labwork/US- 5 days before I started my shots and on the day of my last BCP (which I have to pay out of pocket for- $40- on top of the IVF) they told me they wouldn't let me start the IVF until they got $8000 from me. They knew for 3 MONTHS that I was going to do another cycle and this was the first I heard about it. So they told me I would have to continue my BCP (another $40) and hold off on the shots- until they got my money. I wanted to tell them to go to hell- it was their screw up so they should pay the extra $40- not me. The RN blamed the business office and the business office blamed the RN. In other words, all this place cares about is getting their money and their statistics. Trust me- they DO NOT care about you as a patient. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Ratings_icons Dissappointed

Anonymous A.

I've been treated at FCI Naperville and I can't say that I've had a "bad" experience but I'm displeased with the fact that there is very little interaction with the RE. It all seems very impersonal..

It's true that the nurse's run the show but you have to wonder where the Dr's are? I have many questions I'd like to ask Dr. Uhler. Questions regarding blood work, follicle size, sperm wash counts, statistics, those kinds of things. They may be silly questions to some but they're questions I'd like answers to...or at least have someone I can ask. I mean, infertility is hard as it is and I'd like to think that I have a Dr. I can discuss these things with...but apparently I don't!

The nurses don't know all of my medical history-at least they don't seem to-I haven't seen them carrying around my chart. They just take bloodwork, perform ultrasound, do sperm washing and perform IUI. Maybe the Dr's are busy performing IVF. I don't know? Or maybe they're busy reading our charts so they can then tell the nurses what to do to us. Who knows?

FCI RIver North office is huge, and it's run like a baby making factory, but it really is a great office and wonderful, highly qualified doctors work there. I saw both Dr. Nani and Dr. Beltsos whom I both liked, but I think Dr. Beltsos gave me a little more personalized care. Almost all the staff there was great, they truly do run the show. The only nurse I had a problem with was MaryAnn. She is cold, rough, abrupt, and doesn't take any time to truly listen to your questions or concerns. Donna is a gem. Lisa and Annette were really nice as well. ALL the IVF nurses and u/s tech's (separate from the regular staff) were WONDERFUL! They were so caring and compassionate. They really made my experience enjoyable. And after a year of treatments I'm finally pregnant!!

Ratings_icons Poor Rating for FCI

Profit is king at FCI. People are not. The River North clinic is run like a puppy mill and our nurse was cold and robotic. After a year of treatments we had met our Dr. less than four times and he did not recognized me on our last meeting. He asked questions that led me to believe that he had no familiarity with my case. This did not anger me but instead frightened me. It made me question how medical decisions were made and by whom. The nurses run the show at FCI via rigid protocols. If you fit within these narrow parameters you will recieve adequate, but not personalized care. However, if you fall outside of the standard protocol you can expect confusion and lack of communication about what they are doing to your body. Coupled with the impersonal nature of the care provided (by nurses, not your doctor) one leaves the experience feeling empty and abandoned. Make sure that this is the style of medicine that suits you before making your appointment.

Ratings_icons Fertility Centers of Illinois does not care about patients

Anonymous

Highlights of my bad experience are that when I showed up and got the surprise news that I was pregnant and didn't need to start an IVF cycle after all, everything I heard from Dr. Nani via her unfriendly nurse MaryAnn was negativity - telling me only of ectopic and miscarriage risk rather than supporting me in the pregnancy, recommending that I take methotrexate to terminate the pregnancy at 7 weeks. After that advice, I never returned - nor will I ever. I wrote a letter to Dr. Nani describing my experience after I was 13 weeks into this pregnancy- which is now in its 18th week. I never heard a word from Dr. Nani or anyone at FCI. I received a letter from FCI in the mail and assumed it had to be the apology I deserved but it was only a form letter telling me Dr. Nani was changing offices. I called to talk to her and found out that Doctors don't have voice mail there, don't read their mail so it would have been an office manager that received and read my letter. I am shocked that no one responded to a customer complaint like mine and that only added to my belief that they do not care about you as a person at FCI- you are only income to them. There are many other places our there that provide fertility care and you should not waste your time with FCI.

Ratings_icons Experience I'll never forget

I visted several centers before landing at FCI. I wish I wouldn't have wasted so much time before I found this place. They had so much to offer to help us through a difficult experience. Everyone was helpful, kind, and provided us with the hope that it takes to keep trying. I now have a wonderful little boy and will be forever grateful for the help of this center.

Ratings_icons Kaplan is the best !

EMS S. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,480

Dealing with infertility is not an easy thing in life, but dr Kaplan and his staff really helped us out in this area, not only he has an excellent bed side manner, he also will listen your every concern and answer your questions. I was with another doctor from the same success with no success, then we switched to Kaplan and on they first cycle we got pregnant. I highly recommend dr Kaplan and their lab in Highland Park.

Ratings_icons Fabulous staff!!

Brandy H. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,015

I highly recommend the entire staff at this location. It's hard enough going through fertility issues, everyone at this office is understanding and yet you don't get the "poor-you" feeling from anyone. The nurses really run the show and they keep everthing running on time. The hours are very accomodating and was always able to get early morning appointments so that I could just pop in for blood work or an U/S and still make it to work by 8 AM. The nurses here are so great that I only saw my doctor there for reviews and Q & A appointments. I now have two little ones and am thankful to FCI for everything!!

PROS: hours, location, friendly staff, efficient office!!
CONS: I didn't like looking at pics of babies on the walls!! Now I understand!!
