Very shady business... Had my car for about a week trying to work on emissions problems... They ended up blowing my engine while taking the car out for a drive in an effort to get the emission controls to register! Car was running fine

The owner of this shop is COMPLETELY unfriendly!. He is loud, obnoxious and he is DIS-HONEST.

He charges you about 30% above the cost of a part to make extra money. He and his receptionist are IN-CAHOOTS with this scheme. The will not

I have taken my vehicle to Ron several times and they have never failed. Ron and the guys know how to fix a vehicle and the level of customer service is second to none. I once had a dead battery and I broke down at the post office in O'Fallon. I called Ron and he offered to send one of his friends with a tow truck and one of the shop guys to pick me up personally. Talk about going the last mile!!! Anyway it was the battery and WalMart's problem but Ron looked at it and he makes you want to return over and over again, regardless of reason.

I took my '94 Suburban up to Mark II last week for Air Conditioning work. At another shop I was told I needed an evaporator replaced, as this is where the freon in the system was leaking. That shop didn't want to tackle the replacement, so I tried Mark II.

Ron, the manager, listened to what I reported to him, but he wanted to check the system out before he started to have parts replaced. He charged the A/C system with a bit of freon, and found out the leak was coming from the compressor, NOT the evaporator. To verify the diagnosis, Ron had the blower motor pulled out and inspected the evaporator and there were no leaks visible on the evaporator (Ron told me the oil used in the A/C system will leak out usually with the freon, and you can usually see telltale signs of it on the leaking part.)

Following a revised quote from Ron, I authorized the replacement of the compressor and charge the system with freon.

Ron then reported back to me the A/C was working well -- he even rechecked the old evaporator to make sure it was not leaking!

Mark II's efforts were OUTSTANDING, and Ron's dedication to the customer are very evident. The prices were more than fair, considering the attention to detail.
