This is the most disappointing experience in business I've ever been a part of. The installation crew is wonderful and polite, and good people overall.

The issues I had (and still do) are with regard to being on time, communication, billing, accounting, and multiple mistakes made on the part of Henry Schein that have taken literally hundreds of hours of my time and my staff time to resolve or even get an answer to.

I spent a TON of money on a remodel that cost way more than it should have in terms of equipment. While some of the pricing seemed to be fair, many items were blatently marked up to offset their lack of efficiency on the job. Also, there were multiple mistakes during the install in terms of not having enough people out to the office, etc., and also not having the correct equipment on site when needed.

It is really so bad with these guys that I would have to recommend Patterson or any other company you feel comfortable working with over this particular group. There is simply no accountability at all with ANY of these people. For example, the project was completed in September of 2008, and I overpaid by several thousand dollars (many wrong things ordered, paid for, then returned from May to September). It is now January of 2009, and I still have not received my check back. The manager of the entire Midwest area told me himself that I'd be getting the check in October, November, December, and now January. This is pretty horrible....but still no check!?!? What kind of ethics do these guys have?
