I'd be careful entering into a contract with this company. We signed a lease with them and then paid the first month's rent and weeks later, I called to ask when I could move in, talked to a really rude woman who told me I had to wait until the 15th. I asked her a few questions, got a few rude answers, and I hung up. Almost a week later, I find out that they are "rejecting my application" and sending me back my first month's rent... interesting, given that there was already a contract in place (my application had been accepted AND they accepted my rent check ... I was to pick up my lease with my keys).
I'm frustrated that they would be so shady to sign a contract and then back out of it so late in the game - the only reason I'm not fighting them (an easy battle to win) would be that I don't want to have DLG Management as my landlord at this point anyway
I have rented an apartment from DLG for almost a year and they are awesome with maintenance. They've always been prompt and thorough, but recently they really outdid themselves: I called yesterday about some tiles coming out of our bathroom floor and it was fixed today!
