I'm very happy with the deck that Samanco LTD built off of my house. It's beautiful. The quality of the work is eloquent. It's changed the entire look of the back of my house and my backyard.

My deck looks great! They gave me three different options regarding repair/replacement from which to choose, and did not do a "hard sell" of the priciest. Minor things: Originally laid boards with some stamps showing, and the single coat that they planned to apply did not match with the existing vertical boards that had been previously stained. They flipped the particular boards and applied a second coat with absolutely no grief whatsoever, and even took it upon themselves to do some extras like painting the stairs and bolting a leaning fence to the building. After seeing the great job they did, one of my neighbors is using them, too.
