Not only are they extremely easy to work with, they continue to take care of their customers even after they purchase. I went to this dealership, after calling and checking about a vehicle. Because I live over 45 minutes away, and needed to get my car for $3500 OUT THE DOOR (all fees included, putting the car at $2,900 at the dealer) I called and asked for the manager immediately. Explaining my situation, I talked a $4,000 listed car down to $3,500 out the door no problem, which was a huge suprise. When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager, friendly guy, and took it for a spin. One of the salesmen accompanied us, did not pressure us or say a word. Well, the brake on the car were warped. They put it up on a lift and allowed me to spend another hour looking it over, and a friendly mechanic (of THEIRS) showed me the warped brakes. After 3.5 hours of looking this car over and talking, we decided that a $350 brake job just wasn't in my budget. Then, the salesmen speaks with his boss and pulls a car off the lot that they got that day. It is a Saturn LS2, with EVERY option and the same miles as the previous car. A HUGE upgrade from what I was looking at before, and they matched the price of the previous car! After getting another free carfax and having the amazingly friendly (yet honest) mechanic look at it, I bought a $6,000 dollar car for $2,900. I don't know about you, but this was a long stressing experience that turned out great and it is mainly because of the people two run this place. Only complaints: There was no free food, the person who got our license and tax/title set up was a little slow with computers and rude at times, but nothing to make me walk away. If I lived closer, I would bring my car here for service. Suggestions: Know your price before you go in, look your car over carefully, and ask about the used cars they haven't touched yet. You may get an outstanding deal like I did! They even gave me ALL the maintainance records from the previous owner when he took it there. Outsanding.

We didn't buy our Saturn here, but we take it to Glenview for service. Their service department is friendly, and they take the time to explain all our options. I trust them when they say that something needs to be fixed "right now" and when they say we can let it go for a while with no problem. I wish all car service places were as reliable!
