This salon gives the worst service I have ever encountered. I bought one of those VIP coupons from my work, and when I came in for my appointment, the salon was closed. After leaving a message, eventually the girl called me back saying she never even had my appointment down. Once I got in, the place looked dingy and dirty. I tried to make another appointment to use the 5 services I had already paid for, but nobody is ever there, and my coupon expired before I could use 3 more appointments, because they are never available. Stay away from this place: you WILL get ripped off!

Pros: None

Cons: Lack of availability, salon decor

I walked in to this place after purchasing a "certificate" that was sold to me at work....big mistake! I scheduled the appointment for one of the packages which was for a pedicure... The woman aproached me and asked me to "choose a polish". The polishes looked old and crusty, so I said I had my own. She lead me to the basement where they had 1 chair with a small portable tub, and she said to me: "the girl that does the pedicures quit so i will do this but i am a hair stylist". The moment she said that I walked out. The place is just horrific.

Pros: There are none.

Cons: Everything

Purchased packages promoted to neighborhood businesses. When I walked in, I nearly turned and walked out. Throwback in decor and the staff are all eccentric. Nevertheless, great Redkin products used, and better cut/color (byMaria) than I have had at very high -end Chicago salons. Great value (25 blowdry/45 single process/5 per foil/60 partial and outcome, if you are not looking for the fluff.

Pros: price, cut precision, great color

Cons: odd setting, parking

This was absolutely the worst salon I've ever been too. Not only was the hairdresser rude, she did not even cut my hair the way I asked her to. To add the already uncomfortable experience a fellow hairdresser munched on cheese fries right next to my chair and chatted with the hairdresser while she feebily attempted to do my hair. The cashier who witnessed all this then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to put a tip on my credit card.
