Reviews for Pasta Palazzo

Ratings_icons Seems like it should be more expensive!

Pasta Palazzo is right off of Armitage on Halsted so it is a great place to stop for a cheap dinner after shopping. The place itself is very small so you might have to wait at prime dinner time, but you could always get their great food to go!

Great place to go with friends! You sit at tall tables, and the small restaurant is always packed at dinner time so be ready to make some new friends as they try to fill every seat by sitting you next to other groups. The food is delicious and prepared in an open kitchen. It is cash only though so stop at the ATM on the way, but the food is pretty cheap with most entrees in the $7-10 range.

Ratings_icons Good food, reasonably priced

Pasta Palazzo is an adorable caf/restaurant near Armitage & Halsted that serves great, reasonably priced food. The whole place only seats maybe 60 so some weekend evenings there is a wait. The crowds and the exposed kitchen can make it kind of loud, but thats part of its charm. At lunchtime and on weeknights the noise level is lower. The pasta is freshly prepared and hey they serve Green River so what else could you want? But really, its a great place to go with friends, have a glass of wine and a yummy dinner while rubbing elbows with your neighbors. Most of the tables are pretty high with high stools, so this is not a great place to go with young kids. (On the flip side, it's a great place to go to get away from young kids!)
