It was the coldest night of the year and George came out to make after hours repairs on my elderly mom's elderly furnace. After working hard to keep us in heat for a couple of days, George made sure that a salesman contacted me first thing next morning to replace Mom's old unit. After researching on the internet and prepping for Bill's call, I concluded a new unit was the best solution. Installation took place the next day so that I could return home on time and Mom's got a company and a furnace that she can count on. Bill left me his contact information so I could reach out to him anytime we needed help with the furnace. Thanks, Bill!

Robinson Heating & Cooling is who I call whenever I need honest, professional service. While I understand that no business is perfect I consider them to be one of the best! Integrity, respect and value are important to me and they have it! Dave has gone out of his way to provide prompt service and I feel that my needs AND my budget are considered. I had them service my furnace and AC unit and install a new hot water heater. Fair prices for great service! I keep their number handy.....

I recently had Robinson come out to my home for an emergency service call. I wasn't getting any heat at all. It's the winter mind you, and I have 2 small children. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and address it immediately. They stated that they had the part in their shop ready right away. They had me up in running in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Robinson heating and cooling to anyone commercial or residential, their service is A++++.

If Robinson tells you you need a new furnace, get a second or even third opinion and multiple bids first. Robinson tried to sell me a furnace I didn't need after telling my my furnace couldn't be repaired (same thing happened to a couple of my neighbors). Additionally, Robinson's bid for a new furnace installation was $2000 higher than the other two bids. Thanks to getting additional opinions, I was able to get my furnace repaired for $125 instead of replacing it. When my furnace does die, I'll be going to one of the other guys for replacement.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

We recently had Robinson come to our house to check our furnace, which was not working properly. They told us we needed to replace the furnace because of a crack in the exchanger ($3500). They stuck a bright orange sticker on the unit so we could not run it that said "notice - hazardous equipment lockout", which cautioned of fire hazard and possible death.

We had two different, reputable companies come out for their opinions and it ended up that we did NOT have a crack in our exchanger, it was just a faulty control board ($60). To be sure we were completely safe, we had the gas company come check for any possible carbon monoxide leak. The gas company assured us that there was not a leak.

We will NEVER use Robinson again and we will make sure to spread the word that they completely tried to take advantage of us. The worst part is...while we couldn't use the furnace when we thought we had a cracked exchanger, our house and more importantly, our children were cold for several days. SHAME ON YOU ROBINSON!!!!
