4 Stars: Great, fast breakfast. (by Sarah H.)

I love being able to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes with a quality bagel that is the same every time! They also have a great selection for lunch.

4 Stars: Some of the best bagels in CHICAGO. (by Chris H.)

Being from the east cast, where good bagels are abundant, I was surprised at how well Chicago could mess up a simple thing like a bagel. A bagel should be boiled, with a thin, slightly firm and shiny outside, and a soft chewy inside. Einstein's comes pretty close. I recommend the pumpernickel

3 Stars: Einstein Bros Bagels on Southport (by Jeanne L.)

The food is what you'd expect from a typical Einsteins, but the staff is often lacking in nice-ness and personality. Get your bagel sandwich and coffee to go and enjoy it elsewhere!
