Great Clips

From the moment you open the door, friendly stylist greet you, asking some questions to keep a private file for you. They did NOT pick up shears and start cutting- instead they picked up a hand mirror and asked me questions on how I wanted my hair cut! then giving some good suggestions started to cut. asking me what i liked about my hair and did not like. the stylist gave me 2 suggestions of products to use for my hair type, and style (NEVER DID SHE PUSH ME INTO A HARD SELL) she showed me the back of my hair for my approval. and walked with me to the products just showing me the bottles of what she had suggested. I love the fact she did not push. so i did buy the shampoo. then she told me they guarantee service's and products 100%- so with that i got the conditioner also.. she handed me a receipt and invited me back in 6 weeks to keep my new style, she also thanked me..the service was more than GREAT AT THIS GREAT CLIPS. It was outstanding. I will be back with my family..
