I went to exchange a pair of shoes the same day that I bought them, with a receipt where I paid cash for them, and I was treated like I was a criminal. They insisted I show an ID, and when I objected, since this was just an exchange, I was treated very rudely. She then proceeded to scan my picture ID, and I was very angry. I could see if I wore the shoes, or was returning them 3 weeks later, but I bought the shoes the same day, and did not wear them.
