My son has seen a pediatric Ophthalmologist since he was probably 1 and he is now 8. I really wanted to see another doctor just to get another opinion and Kathy Anderson from Hauser was recommended to me from a friend who is also a Physical Therapist. The drive for me took 1 hour and 15 minutes from my house to get there. But I'm not complaining one bit. I can't say enough good things about this facility. My personal opinion is based on both the facility and the doctor. The building is large. The waiting room is huge and there are several doctors there. The upstairs is used for surgeries, I haven't seen that YET. The staff is extremely friendly, the office is super clean and organized. There is even a little play area for the little ones to keep then busy.On a personal note, I want to compliment Kathy. She is knowledgeable, patient, friendly as can be and I would trust my son in her hands any day. Yes, there are closer facilities to my home and I have options. But I'd drive a hundred miles for a good doctor and for that feeling of comfort to know I'm in good hands. I have that with Hauser.
