Hong Kong Delight

My 2 favorites are the beef and broccoli and the sweet and sour chicken. I really like there egg rolls too. I would travel across the city to eat there.

not only is the food sub-par but some of the people behind the registers are incredibly rude and unfriendly- they'll stare you down like a hawk while you're looking at their menu like they're getting angry that you don't already know what you want. And they're QUICK to grab the money from your hands and shoo you away when you're done ordering. And be careful when you open your bag of food. On more than one occasion we've had our entrees stuffed in the bag as if it were styrofoam only to find our food smooshed or combined into each other!!- GROSSS....my advice would be to head a few miles SOUTH on Canal street to goto Chicago's CHINATOWN for some REAL chinese food (minus the RUDE SERVICE!!)

PROS: it's well lit
CONS: the rude personnel- esp. the females!!

This place has about a dozen tables. A bit small, and it's annoying to eat there and people keep coming in and out. It is nicely decorated with artwork and the chairs and tables are modern looking. The food on the other hand can be better. It seems that its never consistent, one day its good the next it isn't. Ofcourse its very cheap, but i've had better tasting chinese food at the same price.
