If you've not had the opportunity to attend one of the special programs sponsored by this museum, you're missing some outstanding entertainment. We've attended many events and are amazed by the talent. In particular, the concerts by the Cedarhurst Choral Project are wonderful. What beautiful music! If you enjoy vocal talent, you'll find some top talent here!

The Mitchelle Museum at Cedarhurst is another popular field trip option in this area, and for that reason I have visited often. This museum is actually quite large - four rooms filled with artifacts and artwork, and the displays change bimonthly I believe. Employees here are wonderful at working with large groups. Cedarhurst also hosts a very popular craft fair each fall that attracts lot of visitors to the museumf and beautiful grounds. This is by no means a full day visit...but a few hours well-spent.
