I went to see Julian for eyelash extensions. He had very little to work with but did an excellent job. I was so impressed I took my daughter for eyelash extensions, also, for her prom. Brian is great for brows. My daughter and I both had them done. If you want perfect brows, he is the guy to see. The desk people were so nice and helpful. Josh was very helpful with products. I enjoyed going there. I would recommend to everyone.

Worst salon experience I ever had! Had highlights done 1 month prior in this salon to perfection by colorist . Went in for ROOT touch up only and ended up with dark brown hair (no highlights-which cost almost 200 1 month prior). OK- colorist then used 20 volume peroxide on my (already dry) hair to bring highlights back-great- except root color he used was too dark (not same color used when doing initial base/highlight application). So now we have to lift root color back to an orangey brown instead of ELVIRA brown/black-and THEN toner to try to take out brass and bring back blondish highlights. So I can color my own hair orange brown- I was spending money to get a COOL brown and blondish highlights. Not sure where the disconnect came from with the colorist he is a fun person but everything was ALL wrong with my color application today. Go up to the desk after spending 3 hours getting my hair shampooed/ dried, re-dyed (something that should have only taken max-1 hour with a root touch up), and the OWNER of the salon instead of being nice and accommodating which is what people who rely on client satisfaction and word of mouth should be for their OWN benefit- gets an attitude because they don't know how to void transactions properly. BTW- no "I'm sorry for any difficulty," from the owner or the insignificant but ego boosting and client mollifying 10% discount. Instead she huffs "we're not doing ANYMORE voids ( after my credit card has been charged 3x and voided 3x by herself and the desk attendant. When I try to (as tactfully as possible after spending 3 hours getting my hair screwed up and fried (for $90) tell her what a not so pleasant experience I had (no yelling on my part-no cursing) she levels her eyes and has the nerve to say "perhaps this is NOT the salon for you." Darn skippy- I will spend my $$$ happily elsewhere. Note to owner- please lose attitude or your business will suffer. ALSO feel bad about not tipping the shampoo assistants but the cash machine was broken in the salon and you can't add a tip on your credit charge. The owner did tell me I could walk around the block to a cash machine but seeing as how I was already running late due to color error and technical voiding difficulties I didn't have any EXTRA time. SAVE YOUR $$$$ GO ELSEWHERE

Love the customer service, Josh knows his product and my fabulous hairstylist I can't say enough about her she is amazing . I look forward to my next visit!!!! You can't go wrong .I did my research and found the very best!!

i went in as a hair model and got my hair dyed by a trainne who was being watched by a pro needless to say that the pro must have been blind because not only did they dye my hair black when they were suppose to dye it a deep brown but it wasn't even dyed evenly it came out patchy and had spots with my original color. when i asked them to fix it they gave me a snotty attitude and said QUOTE "IT'S WAY BETTER THAN WHAT YOU CAME IN WITH" not professinal at all and i felt like they weren't as polite to be as the other clients could have been due to the fact that i was only there as a hair model or the fact that i'm an ethnic person and most of the clients i saw there were white.

I got a facial at Roque and the technician was great. My skin felt really good and I received a lot of skin care advice. As many men, I don't do much for my face, but I learned a lot going there. I would definately go there again.

I have been going to Roque Salon for a long time now to have my hair cut and colored. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and talented. I have always been very happy with the superior customer service and quality hairstyles that I have received. The salon is also such a pleasant place to be in too with an aquarium, fireplace and fresh flowers.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Roque. The ambiance is great, they used wonderful Neem products, and offer amazing customer service. However, their prices were a little higher than my comfort zone. But, I felt that my technician took her time. It depends what you are comfortable with. It was a very nice experience.
