Moksha Yoga is a well-sized facility with a lot of choice. Upon entering, a friendly employee will be there to greet you and set you up with classes. The sheer amount of classes available is really an eye-opener, each class has a different goal so, talk to the employee and say what you hope to accomplish here and she'll find the class for you. Classes are daily, so, it's really flexible. When you arrive, you will first notice how clean the class is, it's a very large room and it's all very clean. They have mats you can pull from the side to help with your stretches, the mats are very big and comfy. I liked the inclusion of mirrors as well. The instructor is an absolute blast, he or she is VERY informative and takes things at a steady, easy to follow pace, and if you can't keep up, the instructor will come and help you personally, 1 on 1. It's really quite a nice feature. At the end of the class you feel great and you do learn a lot. The price is the only downside I had with Moksha Yoga, it's expensive. But I feel the high quality service, informative and useful classes, along with their clean and large facility make up for the price. Recommended!

Every instructor I have taken has been challenging and informative. The location is easy to get to if you don't live in the neighborhood (red/brown line close by). The classes are easily filled, so do arrive early and be ready to relax and work your entire body. Most instructors focus on breathing immediately at the beginning of the class so you can get the most out of the routines. There are many many options for fitting your schedule and level. Prices for memberships are quite moderate and they have a good selection of yoga books and magazines. But the free drop in on Saturday (call for details in case day or times change) is the best way to become hooked.

This is a nice studio with a lot of variety in thier classes. I have been to several instructors and while they all have thier style, they are all very good. They have a class that will fit anyone's schedule. Although, they are a large yoga studio their classes are small enough that you get individual attention. The basic workshop series is very informative and includes not only mat trainings, but also a reading list to encompass more of the yogi experience and training.

I frequent Moksha yoga as much as I do any other studio in the city...which combined is a lot. I find the instrutors at Moksha to be average at best. I have never had an extraordinary class. I like Moksha because both their studios are in convenient locations...but the instrutors take themselves too seriously, and most seem to have the exact same style. Not a stand out!
