Mariscos Luis located in Chicago, Illinois is a great mexican restuarant. They specialize in seafood, but also serve other stuff. It's a great upbeat enviroment. They offer a speedy service and great food at great prices. The parking is free and they have a big lot. The rerstuarant is clean. It is quite crowded though.
PROS: Good food at a great price.
CONS: Crowded.
