.

I have an account with Fifth Third that I set up through their Lake Forest location. I live much closer to this branch on Sunset and was happy to have a branch so nearby. My checks arrive by mail, and I wanted to deposit through the ATM. Well, I kept checking the ATM for deposit envelopes and found it always empty. I would frequently end up going to the Grand Ave branch which is further for me, and less convenient, but more convenient that being unable to deposit my money. Well, finally, I went through the drive thru on a Monday having tried to make my deposit again that weekend...and commented to the teller that it would be a great deal easier to make ATM deposits if they ever had the envelopes in the box for our use. I was told that since the ATM isn't very busy, they do deposits through their ATM and that is why they never had envelopes there. It seems to me it is a great deal worse to not offer it to customers that to find it occasionally empty (void of deposits). I was irritated at this lack of service at my nearest location and told most everyone I knew about it. Completely ridiculous in my opinion.

PROS:
CONS: No deposits through the ATM??
