I called to request a fax from him. However 2 weeks later I called again and made the same request. It's been 3 weeks and he hasn't followed through. I tried calling him and the phone line got disconnected several times. I soon found out that he did this everytime I called. Very poor customer service and very poor english speaking ability, is how I describe the service. He answered the last call, "Don't call me! Goddammit! I'm busy!"
