They did a great job cutting hair on my terrier and bathing my dachshund. Make sure to use the nail grinding service - works great. Fast. Friendly.

I have taken my dog for the last 4 years to the PetSmart grooming and I was very pleased for the first 3 years. Within the last year,my dog, a 75 lb lab/golden mix had to be taken back to the groomer to be re-groomed as the cut was so uneven I couldn't believe it. How badly can you cut a black dog's hair as to be so uneven. They gave me a 15% discount for my next visit and only after I asked for one.

On my next visit, he again was not cut very much, and within 3 weeks he looked like a straggly stray. I paid almost $70 for this, when it used to be $40. I will never go back to them again.

The last time I was there, I saw a matted poodle crying because the young groomer was just yanking the comb thru her - it was awful!

Go to the Pet Place on Ridge Road in Lansing, the price is good and they are absolutely wonderful

I like this place because they do a very good job of dog grooming. My puppy is 5 months old so it only cost 10 dollars for a bath and blow dry. The groomers were very friendly and my puppy looked great when i picked her up. They even put a great bandana on your pooch.
