I stayed here with a couple of friends for a birthday. I thought the service was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The place inside was also clean. There were no problems and we had a great time.

I stayed there for 3 nights and the service was amazing. They exceeded my expectations and when I needed more towels I was serviced in a sufficient manner. The room was in order and I felt a sigh of relief to see that the sheets were clean and bathroom was properly sanitized. I've been to a couple of hotels in the past that have not met these standards so I was a little skeptical about but the Marriott and their employees surpassed my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone visiting Chicago.
