These guys are great! I run a repair shop, and anything I can't figure out I send to them and it gets fixed quick, the customer service is phenomenal, and the prices are extremely fair. Definitely a recommended shop for small motor repair!

I rented table skirts for my son's wedding from Naperville Rental. They did not provide the clips that attach the skirts to the tables. We were only given one hour to set the reception room so we call to ask them to deliver the missing pieces and Naperville Rental refused. When I returned the skirts for a refund the next day they made me wait two weeks for my money with no apology. How do they stay in business?

I rented table skirts for my son's wedding from Naperville Rental. They did not provide the clips that attach the skirts to the tables. We were only given one hour to set the reception room so we call to ask them to deliver the missing pieces and Naperville Rental refused. When I returned the skirts for a refund the next day they made me wait two weeks for my money with no apology. How do they stay in business?

I brought my Lawn Mower and my Snowblower in for \r
service around mid Oct 2010. Right from the time I dropped the equipment off I knew I was in trouble the shop manger looked and smelled like he was stoned and drunk!! Well I figured maybe he just had a bad day or something so I still left the equipment!! After waiting 2weeks longer than promised they finally had my equipment done I figured it was worth the extra inconvience as long as it was fixed properly! Oh my goodness I was dead wrong my mower""s self propelled drive was still broken and thats what it was in for and my Torro Snowblower was brought in for a tune up and a belt replacement well like my mower it was'nt fixed right either!! When I went back in to confront the shop manager Anhtoney he told me I should had taken my sh** somewhere else if I wanted it done right!! So needless to say I got ripped off out of almost $300!! Thanks Naperville Rental and Shop Flunkee Anthoney!!

If you like your party rental equipment disgustingly dirty and totally shop worn, go here. I spent an hour cleaning two tables and a few chairs before I would allow them anywhere near my living room. If you like your party rental equipment disgustingly dirty and totally shop worn, go here. I spent an hour cleaning two tables and a few chairs before I would allow them anywhere near my living room. I called the manager and he said ""Yeah, it gets dirty in the warehouse."" Of course he offered no remedy. What a joke.

Upon sitting down to inquire regarding items available I was told by Kathleen there was no price list. When I asked for the prices of the things verbally she seemd somewhat annoyed. I asked how I could get the prices, I was told that they would be made available to me upon print out of my order. I said I would like to know what they were ahead of time so I could make better judments about my order. With huge huffs and puffs she told me two prices quickly off the top of her head I noted (so she didn't have to look anyting up) and seemed very put out. She started to print out the order as I was asking a question and so she repsonded with ""you have a bad habit of asking questions after I print the orders"". I told her I wasn't finished with my information inquiry. She said that was my problem. I was still wroking out inmy head what I needed. Her rudeness was incredible. \r

When I called back in to add to my order she accused me of being difficult and told me that she wouldn't make any additions until a week before my event when I will be out of town. I asked to speak to the other employee and she refused to let me saying she was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me his name was Jim and that wouldn't do me any good either, he was her father! She also told me that if I wasn't happy I should go find another place to rent from! She was right. \r

THis is a small business with only a few people on hand. Her name is Kathleen and is quite a serious grump.

My dad & neighbor both recommended these guys for servicing lawn mowers since Naperville Rental made a few minor adjustments to each of their mowers FREE OF CHARGE! All they asked was that when they needed tune-ups to return the favor with their business. So it was worth the trek from Plainfield to drop-off my 1992 Toro that needed a tune up (first ever!) and a repair of the broken pull cord. For $54 I got a tune-up, cord repair and a cleaning with Armor-All that made it look like new! And they were finished with it in a matter of a couple of days, too. I am very satisfied with them and will recommend them to anyone with mower service needs.

I mainly go here for the small engine repair service. They are great! They worked on my lawn mower for hours one time, were unable to fix it because the engine was gone, and did NOT charge me! They turn around blade sharpening in one day, and are very quick with most repairs. And get this--they even cleaned my snow blower and lawnmower--polishing it with Armor-all--as part of their normal repair service!

I called and spoke with an employee and was told specific rental rates and times. I then showed up at that time and was told by the Manager that was not their policy for Sundays. I said I called and that is what I was told. The manager then said that the employee I spoke with does not work on Sundays so doesn't know the Sunday rental policies. I said that doesn't make sense and I drove here based upon the information I had, but they persisted I had to pay for an entire day's rental rate. I said I'll just pay for that but make sure your employees know the correct policies for customers that may call in the future. The manager then said I can't rent the tool at all and I shouldn't tell him how to train his employees. \r

The place was poorly run, the managers children were running around throughout the place, and their prices were higher than any other place (I went there due to the location). If you need unique machines or rentals go to Buttrey. If you need standard tools go to Lowes or Home Depot for rentals. You'll save time, money, and a headache!
