When I opened my silverware, it had chili beans over each piece, wet and smeared all over the ends. After I finally got the waitress to quit talking to her friends, she apologized and gave me new silverware. When i took a bite of my steakburger, I thought it smelled funny but I figured it was just me because I was already upset. I made my friend smell it and the bottom bun was soaked in the bleach detergent they clean the dishes in. My plate still had a good amount of bleach on it. I asked for the manager who was a complete idiot and acted like it was no big deal and wanted to make me a new burger, not refund the meal.
