this Enterprise had excellent service and they dropped me off. Called the other Enterprise in town first: they were going to pick me up, but then they said no because I wanted to drop the car off at this current Enterprise. I didn't like that comment. Their phrase is free pick-up--does say from within any miles.

We needed help in getting to Midway airport as far as returning a rental. The employees were most gracious as well as giving maps etc. to get us there. They also gave us suggestions on tourist attractions in downtown Chicago that we might like to visit. Enterprise is my only car rental service that I use when traveling due to their service.

When we needed a rental while our car was in for repair, Enterprise offered to pick us up at the dealership, and when we returned the car, they drove us to the dealership to pick up our own car. A truely class act operation.
