With our maintenance contracts, we provide you with comprehensive turf maintenance, which consists of cutting, edging and line-trimming on a weekly basis, and also with seeding, fertilization and weed control as needed. We also provide additional services such as installation of annual flowers in the spring and bulbs in the fall. We also can design and install your front and back yards to your aesthetic specifications. If you're not happy with your lawn we can remove, grade and install KBG sod for an additional fee.

Bad Patch Landscaping 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Patch Lanscaping installed sod in my backyard last spring. I asked for a guarantee , was told there would be no problems. They installed it while I was at work. It looked good at first. I watered, but the sod began to die. I called and they came out to inspect and replaced a small piece. The whole lawn continued to turn brown and die. I visited their office and they were uninterested in repairing the lawn or their reputation. They made me feel that it was my fault. I called and asked for suggestions and was given the brush off. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Courteous and super-efficient 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

The folks at Patch helped me out in a jam during the recent snow storm. Their workers are courteous and very efficient.

Pros: Timely turn-around on bid proposals and excellent work on snow removal.
Cons: Can't go out to my relatives in Palatine.
