They towed my car to another state, the tow truck totally butchered my car. I redeemed my car and I was told it would be taken care of asap. My calls are being ignored and my car was undriveable when I redeemed it. Also I was encouraged to take out an even higher loan than I initially had without income verification in order to try to dupe me out of my car. Very unsatisfactory service from midwest and their towig co. 5 star. I would discourage anyone from doing business with them . signed Robert P.
