Jillian's Day Spa

I love Jillian's! They offer full services, so I can get all my skin, nail and hair care done in one place. The staff is small town friendly but the environment is quite lovely and very relaxing. Give it a try.

Today was the first as well as the last time i ever step foot into Jillian day spa in Crete,il.
my expected experience was that there would be artist's both well skilled and knowledgeable about various hair styles and descriptions. unfortunately the reality of this place is that it is no different that a common hair cuttery or bo rics(chop shops). as soon as i walked i exchanged hellos and proceeded to pull out my laptop so i can pull up references to what hair style im going for. but the person who i was working with seemed impatient and didnt seem to listen to what i was saying. basically i said i want a Mohawk. and 3 sec as soon as i sit down i feel size 3 clippers against the back of my head. i tried work with what was left but by the time i got up i was left with the choppiest haircut i have ever been given. it looks similar to berts hair from sesame street. there's no art or skill to be found at Jillian's beware!

This is a great place to go to get pampered! The staff is very friendly! I started going there a few years ago and I won't go anywhere else! They have a variety of services at great prices. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was in need of a massage terribly. I called that day and they were able to get me in. While I was there I also had them do a cut and it was perfect. I don't go anywhere else. A couple months later a friend at work was looking to get a massage and remembered me raving about the one I had received. I was also in need of another cut. We wanted to go together, so they moved around some appointments so we could come in at the same time and make a girls day of it. They are fabulous all around, a real customer friendly place and it has a great decor. You won't want to leave!!

If personification and class matters to you, then. I would send your family and friends here because the dedication that Laura (massage therapist) devotes to her client's is unsurpassable. I just wish they would acknowledge that their staff is what keeps the people coming into to Jillian's besides the comfortable atmosphere.. If you love being pampered any time of the year, this place will do it's best to meet your needs. If you cannot stand being treated with respect and kindness then please, stay away. The prices may be competitive, but is not justification for the service received. They at Jillian's Day Spa deliver their best service. What I really enjoy about this place is Laura ( The massage therapist). She's wonderful!. If you don't like this place, you should check out an other place and refer it to me.. Massage Therapist ? if you want to give somebody a gift of a little pampering, this is a good local option. You can tell from the way they have decorated their outside and lobby, that this is a business that pays attention to fine detail. In addition to Massages, they also offer beauty products for purchase.
