I was on a business trip in the area and one of my crowns was killing me. I called around and nobody could help me but here they heard how much pain I was in and fit me into their schedule! They got me taken care of quickly and easily and if I was a local would be my #1 choice!

Thorough, fast and professional. Nice staff and excellent heath care. I get my new appointments in appropriate time frames. I've never felt as if I was neglected or marginalized. I actually can't think of any bad experience that I have had at Art of Modern dentistry.

WORST DENTIST EVER! Very painful experience. The work they did was shoddy. The dental assistant put on the temporary and did not know what she was doing. Most of the tooth was exposed and I was in pain. I went back and the same dental assisstant - not a dentist looked in my mouth and started working on the wrong side. I asked for her license and she did not have one. I eventually did get a dentist and did get the work completed. He could not numb the tooth he was working on and was really poor at using novacaine. I said I would never go back there again. It has been 9 months later. After paying my bill and the insurance company paying their part in August 2011 now it is May 2012 and I got my credit card statement with a charge of $138.10 which I did not authorize and don't understand why. I have left messages which have not been returned.

The best dentist I've ever been to. The office is beautiful, the receptionist is warm and friendly, the dental hygienist was great and the dentist was so nice and super professional. This is truly the best dentist office anywhere! I'd recommend it to any and everyone!

DO NOT BE FOOLED by all of the decor and think this is a good place to get your teeth cleaned. I went there today as a new patient, got the xrays, and everything seemed fine. Then came the initial sales pitch for teeth whitening, vaneirs, etc. After that they looked at my teeth the dentist left. This was already the second dentist that I had seen. Now, the front desk girl came in and sat next to me to tell me I needed deep cleaning and it would cost $900. She said my insurance would cover half. Then I informed her that I just had this deep cleaning less than a year ago. She said oh well then they won't cover any of it because they only pay for it once every three years so I would have to pay the full $900 out of pocket. She then pitched Care Credit.
At that point I just wanted a regular teeth cleaning and would come back for the deep clean later if I was interested. To that she responded that the dentist would not give me any other service including a regular cleaning unless I paid them $900 for a deep cleang. WHAT!?!?!? She told me that it puts the dentist at a huge liability if she were to clean my teeth without the $900 depp cleaning. HUH? How would it put the dentist at a liability to remove plaque from my teeth and give me a flouride treatment without a deep cleaning? When I started to get up and walk out, she told me that she really thinks I should get this deep cleaning because it's proven that the germs in my gums can cause Diabetes and other diseases like Liver Disease when swallowed over time and she wouldn't want that to happen to me. LOL! I work in the gym business and she's telling me if I don't get this $900 deep gum cleaning I could get Diabetes or Liver disease? What a joke!
So... I visit another dentist in the suburbs today and guess what? I do not need a deep cleaning and it turns out that it was alla scam. I got my teeth cleaned and I'm in great health. My advice; DO NOT EVER GO TO ART OF MODERN DESTISTRY and get sccammed that they tried to scam me.

Very clean and friendly environment. I've been to other dentist offices before, but I'm going to stay at this one because of the knowledge that they give while examining your teeth and gums. Very excellent experience overall!

I'm glad I discovered Art of Modern Dentistry. The front desk staff was very helpful with insurance questions, scheduling, and keeping me informed of unanticipated delays. The doctor is also very good and takes my ideas into account when making the treatment plans. The office is beautiful and modern and they always have a video running to keep you occupied.

So I finally decided to get my teeth whitened, and experience the whole process myself. I always asked around about how it's done, and how it feels, and I haven't really heard any good stories. But, I still wanted to try it out, and I am so glad that I did. The hygienist was so gentle and precise, making the whole experience a breeze - and definitely doesn't hurt during or after. The doctors and assistants at Art of Modern Dentistry are very nice and professional. They took pictures of my teeth, showed them to me on a big screen and explained in detail any kind of anomaly. This makes the patient more knowledgeable of any condition and treatment needed, unlike many other places where they just start working on your mouth without thoroughly explaining the need of the treatment.

The Modern Art of Dentistry is like walking into a resort. Not at any time, do you feel that you are at a dentist office visit. From the helpful front staff to the assistants, everyone is A class. My Dr. was AMAZING! There was a spot left over from my teenage braces that NO other dentist ever could or said would be removed, she had it gone, removed in seconds. She had composure, elegance, finesse, poise, and the experience was uplifting, yes, imagine that, uplifting! On a final note the interior was modernistic and leading-edge.

It's hard to find a good dentist that makes you feel comfortable during a maybe not so comforting service. In the past I have had extremely painful root canals. When I came here I had almost no pain compared to what I have experienced in the past. It helps to have a dentist who really knows what he is doing and does it as carefully and as painless as possible.

I appreciate a dentist who knows my history. We did some xrays and it was found that all was well so I took the opportunity to schedule a 1 hour Zoomi laser whitening. I was very impressed with the service and how beautiful I know my smile is going to be.

Dr. Reganato is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. He and the staff are super-friendly in the office. The staff is very accommodating (they fit me in neatly during an emergency) and Dr. R is very thorough and a perfectionist in his work. I highly recommend him!

Felt that this dentistry office provided some good honest service. They dealt directly with my good ole insurance company for payment. I did not need anything too severe done and all went smoothly. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I had a very calm experience with this dental office. I walked in and the receptionist and upbeat and smiling. I filled out my paperwork and was seen by the dentist within a few minutes. Exam went well. Cleaning is complete and I feel great.

Although the staff is friendly and environment very sleek, I would NOT recommend going to this dentist. I had a cleaning and exam back in February and just received a bill for the x-rays I had done. Apparently my insurance would not cover them because I had had x-rays done within the last 3-5 years. The Art Of Modern Dentistry neglected to inform me about this detail which is common knowledge to the woman who handles billing. New Flash: this was not common knowledge to me. I would have never okayed it if I knew I would be stuck with a $121 bill. In my opinion, The Art Of Modern Dentistry did not value me as a patient and only cared about getting more money. The fact that it would either come from my insurance or out of my pocket made no difference to them. I won't be going back here.

Excellent service! My experience was that I called on Wednesday to see if they had any openings to get my teeth cleaned. The receptionist is very nice, and told me she would call me if anybody cancelled this week. Lo and behold, someone cancelled and I was promptly on my way to get my teeth cleaned! The staff were all very pleasant and the dentist professional and down to earth. I would highly recommend this place over the last place I went. I've been trying to find a new dentist office in the area, and believe today I have found it!

Going to the dentist always causes a certain amount of dread. It is usually a painful and uncomfortable experience. I recently visited Art of Modern Dentistry office and to my relief it was a great experience. It was completely pain free and I was totally at ease throughout the entire visit. Would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

What can I say? My kids now like to go to see the dentist. When you have young ones like I do, ages 5 & 8; that's pretty important. Dr. D is known as the painless dentist. At first I didn't believe it, but when my daughter needed a filling she didn't even know she got an injection! And it's not just my kids, my husband even likes Dr. D- he had a chipped tooth in the front of his mouth that has been there since he was a kid- now he looks like a movie star!!

I had a lot of anxiety related to having to go to the dentist. My previous dentist had left me with several oral/dental issues, and I knew my teeth were bad. My dentist was calm and explained everything that was going on clearly and efficiently. He was so friendly and you can tell he is genuinely concerned for his patients, and loves his job. I don't think going to the dentist is ever something you really look forward to, but the staff at the Art of Modern Dentistry makes it feel like going to see an old friend. He is the best dentist I've ever gone to.

I had been looking for a new dentist since moving to Chicago and after visiting Art of Modern Dentistry (Michigan Ave location), I have found what I am looking for. Not only was I able to get my Invisalign consultation done, I was also able to have my routine cleaning done all in the same appointment. The staff is wonderful! The Office Manger Sheri is amazing! Deciding to get Invisalign is a major investment and she made the decision so much easier by providing me with multiple options to finance. I definitely recommend this office!!! The consultation and routine cleaning were two amazing experiences! I am so happy to call that my new home for dental needs :)

I was in the market for a new dentist. I went to the internet to find a new dentist. I found the ""Art of Modern Dentistry"". I went to their website, and did a little research. I decided to drop by the South Michigan Avenue location. That day was the first time I had to the opportunity to meet Sheri Smith. Sheri was very helpful. I told her my story, and she assisted me with the new patient paperwork and set up my first appointment. On my first appointment I met Dr. Steve Sirin. Dr. Sirin was very helpful, and he explained all of my options on improving my dental health and my smile. I felt at ease. I felt so good about that first appointment, that I share my experience with my girlfriend, Denise. I gave her, the name of the dental practice and the address and telephone number. Denise made herself an appointment with Dr. Sirin. After Denise left her first appointment she phoned me from her car. She was crying, they were tears of joy. She said that she had finally found a dentist that understood, what she had been going through with her previous dental experiences. Denise and I have found what we hope will be our dentist for life.

The Art of modern dentistry created a great dental experience for me. This is not your average dental exam. It's better. You are warmly greeted the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave. The office manager and staff are very accommodating. I had to leave in an hour and half and they made sure I was done in a timely fashion. My dentist was kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. I definitely recommend this place.

I usually regret going to the dentist but this place is great! The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful when it comes to issues with scheduling and insurance. The facilities are top notch and everything is always clean and fresh. The dentists are very knowledgeable and stay up to date with the latest tech and procedures. My insurance company suggested that I find a dentist that was in their network so I wouldn't have to pay so much out of pocket fees. So I noticed that the Art o Modern Dentistry was only a block away from my place of residency. The atmosphere was so art deco. The staff greated me with a pleasant greeting. The dentist Dr. Sirin and his assistant were very thorough and pleasant. They both made me feel very relaxed and answered all my questions. The service was excellent also. I initially didnt even know this dentist office existed, when my insurance sent me there as my provider, I thought that the insurance company made a mistake (I am on a government insurance carrier). The office is well decorated and the atmosphere is more like that of a upscale boutique than a densit office. When I was given a hygenist to clean my teeth, I was pleased at her service, She laughed at my bad jokes and was always asking if I was comfortable. \r

My dentist was very candid about what needed to be done with my teeth and they were very flexible with the payment options, which is important given the location and quality of service provided. I have been looking for a good dentist office ever since college, and I think I will be an Art of Modern Densitry customer for some years to come.

I chose this dentist office simply because of proximity, and I was very impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, professionalism, and care that the receptionist, assistant, dentist (Dr. Sirin), dental hygienist (Jasmine), and office manager (Sherri) showed me during my first visit. \r

This is a very state of the art facility. It is a very calming environment - water fountains, nature programs on all the TV's, relaxing music. Everyone was very professional and truly seemed to care about the experience of the patient. \r

The only negative part of the experience was taking X-rays...lots of them. The device that was used to grip inbetween my teeth was uncomfortable and a little painful as it dug into the top or bottom of my mouth. Although it was over in 15mins, it seemed a lot longer.\r

Everything else was a positive - painless and very quick. I will continue to go to this office for all my appointments.

It's never fun to have a root canal but the doctors at this office are great. They made sure I understood the procedure and were very careful in making sure I was comfortable and pain free. Last week, I visited the Art of Modern Dentistry (South Loop) as a new client. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff both over the phone as well as in person. The new office is amazingly beautiful and clean, including a comfortable waiting area off the reception desk. I did not have to wait long before I was called to begin my checkup and cleaning. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and professional; including the dentist who made sure that I understood my particular issues before proceeding. The dental hygienist was very friendly while cleaning my teeth and not at all judgmental for my lack of daily flossing. My appointment was over very quickly. Afterwards, the receptionist staff helped me setup another appointment to come in for some fillings and, more importantly, clearly described to me what was covered by my insurance. Overall, my experience was surprisingly exceptional. I am glad that they decided to open an office in the South Loop.

I developed a toothache that could kill. I went to the office on south Michigan ave when they opened and explained my situation. The receptionist gave me an appointment several hours later. The tooth needed to be extracted but the oral surgeon was not available that day so Dr. Tosiou called an MD on the north side who was able to take me right away and extract the tooth. I have since had several more appointments and have been very happy with the dental work that has been done. Dr. Sirin is very proficient in his work and has kept my appointments down to a minimum by working on 2 teeth at a time. Dr. Andres is also very welcoming and pleasant during my appointment. Sheri the office manager is helpful with working out the details of my insurance coverage and knows her job well. I feel that the dental work is first class and within the realm of ""modern dentistry"",

As a former dental assistant for many years I have finally returned to be the patient. I was totally impressed with the quality of care and personal touch they have at Art of Modern Dentistry. Not only is the office like an oasis, they don't try to sell you on their services. Being in the industry it is a welcome change to be in the care of quality professionals that are so good at what they do it doesn't seem like the typical dental visit. They have found a life long patient in me. If you are thinking about trying a new DDS, give them a try you will not be disappointed. Not to be forgotten is their adherence to your work schedule with flexible office staff Nai (you know who you are) who will try to find the right time that works for your schedule. My son also goes to their pediatric dental office in the neighborhood which is also excellent.

When first walk into this dental office the architectural structure alone makes you feel comfortable and enamored. I was pleased with its aesthetics and the welcoming politeness of its staff. I came in for a consultation expecting that I would not be able to be seen until sometime next month, but the dentist saw me that day, with little to no wait. I was then scheduled for an appointment the very next day. I was given an accurate allotment of time to have an exam and be fitted for the Invisalign system. When I came in for my follow up appointment I was once again welcome by a friendly staff. My appointment was rather seemless and I was pleased to know my teeth were still in excellent health.

There was only one minor hiccup, however, Shirl took very good care of me, and I am proud to say I have found a new dental home.

From the moment of enrty, I found Art of Modern Dentistry amazing. The decor is phoenomenal!! \r
I was almost ready to turn back out of the door to see if I was at the right place, I thought it was a spa.\r
Well, immediately the receptionist, as nice as they were, greeted me with an extremely warm welcome. I was for the first time instantly at a calm about going to the dentist.\r
I was asked to fill out my registration papers, as usual, but.....I was also extended the courtesy of helping myself to the mini-fridge located in the waiting area. There I found an adequate supply of cute little bottles of water.\r
The x-ray tech came out and escorted me into one of what appeared to be a spa suite with high-tech dental equipment inside and treated me like a ""princess patient:"" I mean I never ever recieved such professional thorough gentle treatment before.\r
By this ime I'm thinking, ""ok, this has got to be a joke, or when is the mean dentist coming in or have I died and gone to heaven,seriously, I was totally AMAZED!\r
The dentist was the icing on the cake! focusing on just what I have been asking other dentist for years to correct, my 4 front teeth!!!! She explained everything to me, and I am super excited to go back!!!!!!!\r
Last but DEFINITELY not least, the hygenist, I had to come back the next day for a deep cleaning. \r
I'm home now and if I hadn't been in the chair at the office myself, I would not have believed that it occurred!!! She was very concerned,patient, informative and kind. I am anxoius to go back for the other side.\r
Even the restrooms are SUPER FANTASTIC!!!!!\r

The location on Michigan Ave and more-or-less 13th is great! Parking is easy with a free lot (just ask for a pass/voucher for the attendant) and public is only a few blocks away on Roosevelt for the trains.\r

Walking in feels almost like walking into a hotel and not a medical office. It's inviting and the receptionists are always there with a smile and greeting you by name. Which is just nice.\r

The entire staff is thorough from billing to dental procedures (they even show you videos of any procedure they are about to do on the massive flat screen they have positioned in front of the chair for you). I was completely comfortable knowing exactly what was going on and it was reassuring to know why and how each procedure was going to take place.

I was very nervous showing up at this dentist office for my first visit about a month ago. I've unfortunately had some bad experiences with some others in the past. I think the staff is great! No matter who you interact with - from the first phone call to your appointment everyone is courteous, helpful, but most important concerned that you are comfortable at a time when nerves kick in.

is this a dentist or a spa? its a denti-spa. i used to avoid the dentist but no longer do i dread my semi-annual cleanings. the art of modern dentistry rocks! they have modern facilities, flat screen tv's for every chair and crazy new tech stuff for procedures. i love that they have centrally located offices in the south loop and up north in lincoln park with saturday hours that work well in with my busy life style. the dentists and staff are super friendly and helpful. i had questions about my upcoming appointment and my pre-estimates of services from my insurance agency. all i had to do was call them up and Sheri? was more than helpful and answered all of my 20 questions. she noticed something funny with my insurance coverage and she went above and beyond what she had to do for me. she took one step further and called my insurance company directly to make sure that i was completely covered.

I discovered a great dentist office in my neighborhhood. I woke up with a killer tooth pain a couple of weeks ago and didn't have a dentist. On my way to the store to buy some Orajel and I saw the office. The were all so nice and basically walked me through the process. Great place!!

I was suprised by how comfortable they made going to the dentist feel. They were very thorough and involved you in the process by some advanced technology that I wasn't used to at an old dentist. I would recommend Art of Modern Dentistry (Michigan Ave) to anyone looking for a dentist.

It was my first time at The Art of Modern Dentistry at 1339 S. Michigan and the experience was excellent. i found the place by coincidence when walking by one time and I'm gald I made the appointment. The staff was very helpful from the front desk to the dentist who examined me. \r

Sheri who booked my future appointments was very accomodating and tried to find the earliest date but that also works with my schedule. \r

Dr Daftary and her assistance was very friendly and exaplained each procedure to me. Everyone int he staff made my visit a pleasant one. \r

I have been to The Art of Modern Dentistry South Loop Location (1339 S. Michigan Ave) several times now and cannot express how pleased I am! Going to the dentist is not generally an experiece someone is looking forward to, however having dental work done here was easy and painless- literally. The office itself is lovely, welcoming and relaxing. Sheri the office manager found a way to make everything work out for me as far as working around my schedule for appointment and is very helpful and knowledgable. My dentist is Dr. Tosio and she is just great. Overall, I feel very comfortable there and I am pleased with my dental work. It is not far from the Roosevelt red line and parking around the office is not difficult. It's a great place and worth checking out!

Just walking past the modern facade of the office made me want to choose this dentist office (and the close proximity to my home), but I'm glad I did because not only was Sheri, the office manager, extremely welcoming and cheerful, but the whole visit was comfortable. It's great to have a great dentist right across the street from my eye doctor too. I told friends I could probably live in the bathroom alone - beautiful art throughout the office and VERY new, clean, modern interior design (and beautiful too). I did receive a few text appointment reminders which were great...no need to listen to voice mail. My dental hygienists were very nice and asked about any discomforts during the entire visit before and after. The dentist was amazingly concerned about keeping me aware of what he was doing and even gave me a lesson on my bad habits. I thought I could have done without the prep talk, but I know I needed it and I'm glad to know I now have a dentist office who actually cares about my health. During my 2nd appointment, I overheard Sheri talking to a woman about a dental treatment she was having difficulty with, and Sheri even offered to text message her in the mornings to remind and encourage her...now THAT is unheard of excellent patient care and one of the reasons I know I'll be a long-time patient.

Okay, so don't think I am crazy, but I love going to my appointments at the Art of Modern Dentistry. (Yes I said it, I like going to the dentist!) I go to their office on South Michigan Ave (which is really convenient to get to by walking, bus, the L, and even driving since they offer free parking validations). The Office Manager Sheri is beyond helpful with insurance, appointments, scheduling, she is even helping me work out a payment plan! She's amazing.

I see Dr. Tosiou and really like her. She educates you about what is going on and makes sure that you fully understand what she is doing. I love that! The dental assistants are also really knowledgable and nice.

The office is amazing! When you walk in it feels more like a spa than a dental office. The office is very open, clean, and modern feeling. I worked at a dental school for years and know that this office is state of the art! They have huge plasma screen tv's there to show you your x-rays on while you are still in your chair (and for you to watch the planet earth series or Discovery). The music is what I would play from my ipod... Dave Matthews, Guster, David Gray, etc. all great acoustic choices.

I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for somewhere new, or who wants to change offices because the staff and care are unbelievable here!

Great location, friendly staff (especially Sheri) and nothing beats watching Planet Earth on flat screens while getting your teeth drilled! I came to Art of Modern Dentistry after a recommendation from my co-worker, and I will continue to recommend this place.

Not only do they have two convenient locations, but they listen to your concerns (mine was cost) and help to work it out with you. Most doctors or dentists I have been to recently don't do any of that. I will keep coming back for my teeth needs!

I highly recommend Art of Modern Dentistry. The staff is very friendly, professional, and feel like family. Sheri, the office manager, is very polite, sweet, organized, and helpful. Sheri will make sure that your appointment do not interfere with your schedule. The dentist there are very thorough and care about the health of your mouth. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While the place is decorated beautifully, and in general, the staff are very courteous, this place is dishonest. They 'found' two cavities on a routine cleaning, which they then proceeded to show me on a television screen, and recommended that porcelein caps be installed for $600 each instead of a standard filling. In addition, they wanted to replace all of my regular fillings with composites.

I am a health care professional myself, and being a little suspicious, I went to another dentist downtown. I didn't tell him I was diagnosed with two cavities at this place, and he stated that I clearly did not have any cavities. THAT IS RIGHT, THEY MAKE UP THE FACT YOU HAVE CAVITIES HERE! He explained to me that all the dentists here work on commission, so the dentists have to create more procedures. Most people come out of this place with a few thousand dollar treatment plan minimum. If you don't believe me, ask around. If after reading this review, you still want to go here, I don't know what else to say.

When first walking in, I was very impressed by the zen feel of the office. The atmosphere was was relaxing, with water streaming from behind the front desk. Sheri was the first one to welcome us in. I'll have to say, coming from a customer service background, I was highly pleased with her professionalism and genuine care. I was even more so pleased to find that that professionalism was demonstrated by the rest of the staff as well.

My overall visit there was one of the most comfortable experiences I've ever had at the dentist. In each room there are flat screen TVs that continuously play the nature channel. Everything was well organized, clean, and very well put together. My Dentist and Hygienist took the time to fully explain everything they were going to do that day, patiently answering any questions that arose.

I've been back multiple times to this location and can't see myself ever wanting to go anywhere else. If you are looking for a place to go to completely change the way you once looked/felt about the dentist, the Art of Modern Dentistry on Michigan Ave it definitely the place to go.

The new Michigan avenue location is very modern and relaxing and conveniently located near my south loop home and the Roosevelt train stop. Dr. Daftari and all of the hygenists and dental staff are professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to questions, conscerns and flexible scheduling. I've had positive experiences with everything from bi-annual preventive screenings to a root canal. Online access makes scheduling an appointment even easier.\r

I required extensive work on my teeth in the past 6 months (fillings, cleanings, root canal, etc). The service at Art of Modern Dentistry has always been professional and courteous every time. I have never waited longer then 5 minutes in the waiting room, which shows their respect for patients time. Since I had a lot of work done, the dentists always took the time to explain why I needed a procedure. I was even showed a video once to explain a root canal in laymans terms, which I found kind of neat. Each patient area is equipped with a massive flat panel TV to watch TV during a procedure. The TV is also used for them to blow up a problem area a 100X bigger so you can see for yourself why a procedure is needed. The technology used in the office is very modern, yet the office still maintains a family dentist feel. All of this in addition to their absolutely GORGEOUS South Loop location. Its like walking into a spa instead of a dentist office. I would definitely recommend Art of Modern Dentistry South Loop for any and all dental procedures.

With a modern decor, this place offered everything that I needed and more. Everyone on staff was very helpful. When you walk in you believe that it is going to be very cold and unwelcoming, however, the receptionists quickly quell that fear. The hygienists were very helpful and the Doctor was great. Though I don't know much about dentistry, they helped me understand what needed to be fixed, why, and how to go about getting the job done. All around great service.

The only draw back is that this place seems to be in such high demand that it is sometimes difficult to find an appointment that fits into your schedule. However, this is a small scheduling price to pay for their unparalleled service.

I've been to the art of modern dentistry several times now, and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have recieved. During my last visit, I had 2 cavities filled that were in a difficult location between 2 molars. Dr. Tosiou did a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable at all times and went to great effort to smooth the difficult area until it was perfect and i was happy. Sheri at the front desk has been very helpful to me by contacting my insurance provider and working with them to help me find out what to expect from my coverage. All of the staff that I have dealt with there have been very helpful and go the extra mile to explain what they are doing and to make you as comfortable as possible. Most dentists I've gone to in the past just sit you down, start poking and drilling around in your mouth, then say they will see you in 6 months, not here. These people involve you in your care and let you know about your options. Their standard routine exams are the most extensive and detailed I've ever experienced. To top it all off, the facility they have is absolutely beautiful, which doesn't hurt either. The bottom line is that if you're looking for a dentist and you enjoy excellent care and good service then this is the place for you.

I thought this visit to the dentist was probably my best yet and it was due to the facility and staff at The Art of Modern Dentistry. Although disappointing, due to the news of cavaties, I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis. There were pictures taken of problem areas and the dentist showed me the pictures. It is good to see in there yourself to know what it looks like if you aren't brushing or flossing as much as you should be. I have gone to other dentist offices in the past and just not felt 100% comfortable with the situation. This experience was great though and I would recommend AMD to anyone looking for a dentist.

Having not visited a dentist in over 20 years I was finally forced to go due to sever dental problems. I arrived at the South Loop location about 10 minutes prior to my appointment and, after filling out the preliminary forms, was in the dentist's chair within 15 minutes. Sensing my anxiety the staff took the time to allay my fears by explaining to me how much the dental profession has changed over the last 20 years. They listened to my concerns, and patiently explained the procedures they would perform that day. It also helped to watch the video in the waiting area that detailed various dental problems and treatments.\r

Even though I was running late, the receptionist was really nice. The dentist was equally nice, and they even encouraged me to get up and switch my car from meter parking to the free lot across the street - right in the middle of the cleaning - because I was worried about my meter. She was very thorough with my cleaning and patient with all of my questions. She was empathetic when cleaning my super sensitive teeth, which goes a LONG way. I'm so glad I found a dentist I like (truth be told, it's been a few years since I have had insurance), and they're in my neighborhood - and bonus: it's VERY sleek and clean.
