I really love this store. This is the 3rd new Nissan Quest we've bought from Bill Kay Nissan. We had a really good experience. They were informative and very helpful. Tim A. was able to answer all our questions and was very patient and not pushy at all. I've sent several friends that have bought new and used cars from them and will continue to send people there.

I shopped around extensively in the Chicago area before I finally decided to get my Nissan Murano from Tim @ Bill Kay Nissan. I had some pretty nasty experiences with other dealers in the area that I can't remember the name of.

This place is a bit unconventional in how they do business...they tend to be a lot more 'no bullsh*t' than the others. They won't jump at you and give you the pampering and coaxing and egging on that others do. If you are going there to become convinced, it may not be what you are looking for, but if you have a fair idea of what you want, their efficiency and professionalism will pleasantly surprise you.

Here's my effort to give you objective data for why I'll recommend them:

- Their post-negotiation price was about $500 lower than the other nissan dealer in the area which had the second lowest quote
- The salespeople on the floor were okay with our just roaming around on the floor checking out the cars, asking them questions without coming on heavy for a pitch. This was a big sell for me.
- I was buying a car that was in another dealership's possession. The original dealer sold off the car before Performance could go pick it up. They were reasonable about finding me a slightly better specced Murano at no cost to me.

I have no complaint with this place. I liked the prices and the customer service.

Everyone knows that buying a car is nothing but a pain in the ass and everyone hates to do it. Reluctantly I managed to find Bill Kay Nissan and can honestly say thay I have never had a better experience then what I had when I was there. I walked in the door knowing that I wanted to look for an Altima and that is exactly what I left with that day. When I walked in the door I was expecting to get bombarded with salesman, but Steve opened up the door for me and greated me kindly. Asked me how he could help me and I told him that I was looking for a black Altima. He then continued by asking me what kind of features I was looking for and I told him I would like to have a V6, navigation would be prefered and I would like to have a tan interior. He had exactly what I was looking for and pulled it up. He showed me all of the features that the vehicle had including how to work every little bell and whistle in the car. He asked me where I wanted to be as far as price goes and told me that he would get as close as he could to where I wanted to be. i expected the typical back and forth that everyone has to go through but Steve was very energetic and easy to work with and we got to what I wanted to be at. We filled out all of the paperwork and I met with Julio who was just as kind to me as Steve. Once we finished up in the office Steve went over the last few things in the vehicle and set up everything in my car. I also appreciated that the General Sales Manager, Justin, went out of his way to also thank me for my business. I can honestly say that I will be going back to Bill Kay Nissan to see Steve Gordon to buy me next vehicle and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Just as the title reads, NIGHTMARE!!! Brought the car(350Z) in for repair because my air was out.No biggie right????? WRONG!!! After I paid the 1,400 dollars in repair I went outside to pick up my car and was just HORRIFIED!!!
I inspected the car before driving off because I have heard some horrid stories. Upon popping the hood (it gets worse)
1. Bumper screws/clips that hold the bumper are not even on!! Bumper was sagging!
2. Bumper was CRACKED!!!
3. Fender was scratched real bad. It looked like someone scratched it HONESTLY with a DAMN BEAR CLAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (just had repainted due to Sh!tty body work done by previous owner, so i KNOW it wasn't messed up before I brought it in!!!
4. THE F'ING windshield was cracked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not chipped, CRACKED.
the manager at for the service dept is an IDIOT! his name is RICK and is a PRICK!!!!!! Warning DO NOT DO NOT go there EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please guys do not got there!

I will say before going into Bill Kay I read these reviews and was afraid! I went in there and everyone was really nice! The finace manager Jake is the BEST! My sales team Rick and Sue I cannot say enough nice things about them! I was not treated rude, and I wasn't treated bad because of my credit problems. I got the car I wanted and it was not over priced and my car payments are very affordable! I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members because I was treated with respect and I didn't have a problem spending my money in this business!!! Bill Kay Chevrolet/Pontiac is the best keep doing what you do!

I went into Bill Kay Nissan to look at a new 2010 Nissan Altima. I explained to the sales person that I was not ready to purchase at that time and I have some research to do. The sales person was very understanding about that and did not pressure me at any point while I was there. I drove the vehicle and was very impressed with how the vehicle drove and how it looked. I sat down with the sales person and I asked him to go over numbers with me to see if it is a vehicle that I can afford. My budget was kind of tight. After going over the numbers with them I decided out of the Honda, Toyota, and Nissan that the Altima would be the best vehicle for me so I decided to go for it. When I went into the finance office I was introduced to the nicest finance advisor I ever ran across. I was shocked b/c I have bought several vehicles in the past and was never treated so good!! Even after the sale I got calls asking how the vehicle was and even got a call on my birthday which nobody has ever done! If you want to be treated like family and not just another customer go here!!! Thank you Bill Kay Nissan!!!!

I then shopped other Nissan dealers and was most impressed with Bill Kay because they cared about my business and my salesman Steve was extremely well versed on his product. Everything you read on this dealership is correct. I just got off the phone just to see if there was a part in stock for my Altima. the person that answered the phone was very rude and after waiting on the line for 10 minutes he could not find if they had the part in stock (battery claps; very standard part) he advised me that I need the VIN number.

Of course the treatment before the purchase was great but once you sign that contract that seems to change. They do not want to help at all. They don't return your calls and the warranty is not worth it because they fight to honor it.

Good car buying experience with Bill Kay Chevrolet. Bought 2009 Chevy Malibu LT. Bill Baresh was friendly and explained everything to me. He let me take car home to show my wife. Got 0% for 60 financing. Would recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend to anyone this place. Bought one year old Nissan Marano. It had a scratch they promised to fix it. My huge mistake I paid for it before they "fixed" it. They did all painting right there at the back of the service, OUTSIDE ! After theirs little touch up it looked like a piece of junk. Once received a letter about manufacture recall and I had to bring the car to the service. Service people were just impolite. And somebody already mentioned that they do not want to do anything what is covered by warranty they find all kind of excuses. Bad experience, would never do business again.

I saw a lexus IS350 that iwas interested in. Called Kade at Bill Kay and came to terms...so I thought. I had my own financing but that wasnt good enough..they wanted to make money on that also. So I gave in to their financing which was a little cheaper. Got the paper work overnighted to me(I live in VA) the contract price was different. Backing up a little the prevuious night they hounded me for my credit card # to hold the car. Called when I got paperwork and got them to correct it..so I thought. The next day when new paperwork was suppossed to be overnighted Kade calls and says they already sold the car. I talked with the General Manager Lee Eisenburg who listned and promised to get back to me..its been over a week with no return call. Here is the kicker..when they took the credit card over the phone and the deal was done..so I thought..I placed a down payment on shipping the car(non refundable)..guess who gets stuck with that bill? STAY AWAY!!! SHADDY BUSINESS PRACTICES IN AFFECT!!!

enjoy helping you out with people's cars and always have a smile on. I like this business because they are nice. I don't think anyone is every 100% happy with where they are, but this place did a good job. The staff seemed fairly honest and willing to work with you. Haven't had to use the service dept yet, but will see if that's good!

When my girlfriend was looking for a Maxima, we decied to purchase at Bill kay Nissan. They had the best price and the sales were very friendly and tried their best to get us the best deal. I can't comment on their showroom as at that time, they were expanding their showroom so their sales department operated in a trailer. All the salesman were very friendly to us and even congratulated us while we were shown the car. The finance manager was also very nice and helped us sign the paperwork very smoothly. Check them out if you are looking for a Nissan!
