Sam's has a huge display for ordering cakes for graduation when you enter the store. So I took advantage of it and placed an order three days in advance for a 1pm pick up. Unfortunately, I needed to move the pick up time to 11am and called to make the change. I was told "No way, we have way too many orders." I said ok, well, since my order is for 1pm, what time do you think it will be ready. They said "more like 2pm. Come at 2." Uh, I'm sorry, the pick up is for 1 and we have a party. "Sorry, that's the time. Too many cakes!"
Sorry, Sam's, if you can't handle to orders, don't offer to make the cakes. Not much I can do at this time as it's too late to have someone else make the cake. I can make sure however never to use them again for a cake!

We've had a Sam's Club card for about 4 years now, and we have been very happy with the service, the quality of the food and the reasonable prices. If you are thinking of joining, it is well worth it!!
PROS: Great prices and quality food
CONS: Slow lines
