When you hand the care of your pets to any institution or individual, trust is an important criterium. Obviously your pets are unable to ""rat out"" poor care. And you need to believe that the information given is in the pets best interest.... The staff and vets at the Village Animal Clinic have taken excellent care of my dachshunds, crooked legs and all.
I have been going to Village Animal Clinic for over 20 years with various cats and dogs through the years. Their staff is always helpful and go above and beyond. They treat you and your pets as family. They will work with you on the best care for your pet. They welcome new pets with joy and excitement, treat your pet with love through the years and stand by you when it's time to say goodbye. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and his whole staff.
I recently took my soon to be 10 year old Yorkie (Riley) to see Dr. Carlson as it was time for his shots (Riley....not Dr. Carlson). My little puppy is like a child in our family and he tends to react very negatively to any medications or shots. Dr. Carlson, who must see SO MANY PETS, remembered this and actually gave Riley some medication before giving him his shots and miracuosly Riley didn't have a reaction to the meds!!!\r

It is very nice to have someone remember you and your pet and do the right thing. It is nice not to be just another patient. \r
