Luna Carpet & Blinds

The showroom was huge. It was good because i am very picky with color. I bought a Ralph Lauren Carpet that was perfect color for my room. They had lots of stuff for less money but I wanted top of the line which I feel i got so paid a little more. Overall very happy. The salesperson was an x-pro football player and was very energetic as you can imagine.

the service was very friendly, a found they had a huge selection and were very affordable, i got a beautiful laminate floor that wears like iron and looks better than real wood and was a better price. Great Job Luna Keep it up.

The service was friendly but they insured us that the laminate would be great for our home. We had two toddlers and a large dog. We had warping within three months of installation. Would not recommend their product at all! Then when I called in for the warrenty they said this was not covered and we would have to pay to get it fixed.

Kept making appointments for sales person to come to my house, always a no show, finally one showed. Installation day the carpet was cut to small didn't fit my bedroom. Stay away from Luna.

Ordered carpet runner for two flights of stairs. Was promised installation the following Saturday during a three hour window. Installers arrived late without proper materials, measurements, or information. Really they only sell the carpet and sub-contract the installation, so they have no control over the quality. The buereacracy at their customer service department is so bad you can't get any appropriate response out of anyone. Don't follow through on what they say they are going to do. After 7 weeks and SIX wasted weekend days, I STILL do not have acceptable carpet on my stairs. Will never call Luna again.

We needed some carpeting for the basement. We didn't want anything fancy, just something that would hold up to the high traffic and the kids. We found a great pattern and the price including installation and padding was very affordable. We were also pleased with the actual service/installation portion since the guys came out on time and finished pretty quickly.

This is a good place to get carpet from. Their carpet is durable and it is at a low cost. They have a wide selection of designs and colors to choose from!
