I have a new BMW that got vandalized - Perillo sent me to european us who also happened to be certified adjusters of ameriprise (another plus) - when my car was done I noticed they went throughout and touched up dings as well as cleaned my entire car - all in a few days - I am very meticulous as most BMW owners are - when the #1 BMW dealer in the US send you to their shop they better be good and they are. If you like your car, dont take it anywhere else .

GREAT JOB!!! Love the service. My 2007 Nissan Murano got into a bad accident . I found European & US Car Service in a web search, really enjoyed viewing their web site. Love the jingle. So I called them and spoke to Warren and Matt. My work requires use of my car all day every day. So getting my car back on time was important to me. They delivered my Nissan on time, all work completed. No hassle.

I went to this place because my BMW service referred them to me after an accident. I have had all sorts of problems with their service from the start. First they forgot to arrange the rental and I had to go back home and come the next day. Then they told me that the work is finished and when I come to pick it up both of my headlights were full of water. They said they fixed them, but them my car gave this error that the headlights are not working. Guess what, they forgot to seal them properly and water damaged the headlights (these are adaptive xenon lights). At last when all of the work is finished, I realized their detailer left holograms all over the car during polishing. He apparently used too much polish and splattered it all over the trim staining them. Don't know how they also managed to overspay all over the car and left the rough and contaminated surface around all the places that they spray painted, including parts of the windows. Oh.. before I forget, their guys went through my stuff and stole the $5 worth of quarters and dimes from my glove compartment.

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.
