I've spent thousands of dollars here (amps, guitars, keyboard, recording gear) for over 6 years now, and for the past couple times I've visited this place, I don't know where they get these people, but their employees are increasingly becoming hostile, & unfriendly at the location. The guy in the Accessories showed animosity towards me when I asked for help in buying guitar cleaner, and the Audio guy just ignored me when I was considering buying a Mackie Control Surface from there, talking on the phone and telling me not to touch the mixers! I've actually made many friends from guitar center bc of the amount of times I'd go there, but all the decent people left replaced by UTTER MORONS. I AM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. AND I AM REPORTING THIS BEHAVIOR TO CORPORATE.

They have it all....
I like to shop at small family ownen stores, but you cant beat Guitar center. They have it all and they sell at real good prices.

I work strange hours, so I sometime go online... but when I needed a 12 string ( I play out at some local spots, when I get time off work)
I needed to try them out.

Cool spot

This is a very loud, discombobulated music store that features everything from full drum sets to guitar picks. All sorts of guitars hang on the walls, and the salesmen are most helpful if you can convince them that you are buying. Its a great place to buy music related knick-knacks at a discount, such as strings, pedals, drumsticks etc...

PROS: Sales every month, cheap accessories
CONS: Crowded, not exactly browser-friendly
