I walked in with a frown and out with a smile there management team were vary courteous and there sales reps were vary helpful a young woman by the name yolanda helped me with a problem I was having turns out I downloaded the wrong app. She and her management were vary knowledgeable and helped turn a otherwise crappy day into a good one. I plan on making this location my go to place.

To everyone that lives in Bolingbrook, IL, understand that the closest tower is Woodridge and the single is horrendously weak. I've had cell phones for 10 years, and switched providers. It was four months of frustrating help tickets. Verizon knows that Bolingbrook is a weak coverage area, but they still will not let you out of the contract, even though they are in total breach. You have to jump through all these hoops. I had three help tickets, and the first two went totally ignored. Then, the last help ticket, they claimed because my dropped calls came from 5 truncated lines on their end, that it was MY phone, and to have my phone diagnosed. I went to a designated technician, who cleared the phone. But guess what, Verizon STILL would not honor what they said, that after I had my phone diagnosed, that they would let me out of the contract. They changed their tune, SURPRISE, and even though the coverage area was weak, said getting a new phone would fix the problem. Not true.

If you live in Bolingbrook IL, do not fall for the stores gimmick of having NBA players visiting, etc. They spend more time on promotions than service.

That is the biggest complaint. The Network.

Verizon knows this by the way. Unlike other service providers, you PRE PAY for two months. Your two phone bills are obnoxiously large, I would say DOUBLE. They do this, because they KNOW they have a horrible network, despite their commercials. There are many shops in Bolingbrook, and everyone is aware that Bolingbrook signal is weak. They get their money up front, as insurance they will get their termination fee. The two fees, are a wash, typicall.

In general, the Verizon Wireless staff is not knowledgeable at all. Their customer service over the phone, is horrendous. They do not know how to use their own product, and rarely give you the right technical information. Every now and again, you will run into someone who knows what they are talking about.

This is very crucial, because when I purchased the service, the manuals were ALL outdated and did not apply to anything.

I would say this company does not operate in good faith. In addition to writing my reviews, I 've sent a complaint to the States Attorny General, the BBB, and I will follow through with the FCC as well.

Their billing and service guidelines are just horrendous. It should've been a no brainer for them to let me out of the contract. I did not have the additional time and money wasted in lost revenues, (this was a business phone) for them to just continue to lie to me, and with every step and let me out of the contract.

I spent four months, and countless hours, trying to communicate this to Verizon, and they would not let me out of my contract.

Now, I am making it known. I doubt they will be in business in Bolingbrook for too much longer unless they hurry up and get another tower set up so they can actually service the accounts, rather than behaving fraudulently.

I've been a Verizon customer since they were AT&T and it was bundled on my home phone bill. Cellular phones can be frustrating when they don't work and you're relying on them. When this unfortunately happens, good customer service is what you're looking for. The best location to deal with is the Bolingbrook location. Jason Dragon is the man to deal with. He's very accommodating, easy on the eyes, and does his job! Customer sevice is a dying art, but not at the VW location in Bolingbrook.
