Burlington Coat Factory

I had the worst shopping experience I had ever had. I am 58 years old so I have been shopping for many years! The sales clerks by the fitting room were horrible. The manager was just as bad. They not only messed up one of my to be purchases but two. I feel they run the store like Bozo Circus. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing.

Located inside the Foster/Harlem strip mall you will find this outlet store. Originally their focus was coast, but they have now expanded to feature dress and casual clothes for men, women and children including brand new designer labels. I purchased two winter coats a couple of months ago that I am very pleased with and got them at roughly half the manufacturer's list price. They also have some nice gift items as well.

PROS: Plenty of parking in the strip mall lot
CONS: Some employees have poor customer service skills, return policy is not good
