Moore Thomas Md

Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. We have gone to him for over a year and my 5-year-old son adores him. Dr. Moore takes the time to answer all your questions and always has informative hand-outs posted with copies you can take. My child was very sick for a long time until I brought him here. He was able to diagnose what 3 other doctors missed. Dr. Moore also helped us get an appointment with a specialist who previously turned us down due to our insurance. We have seen Dr. Bierma as well. He is also a great doctor and always pleasant. I finally feel confident in taking my son to the doctor because I know they will help him. The nurses are very good too. This office usually gets you in right away and their emergency service always calls you back ASAP on the weekends. Good doctors like this are a rare find.

He was unprofessional and derisive to my wife. He misdiagnosed our child because he wouldn't order the tests that would have found the problem. With our good insurance I would've rather had the tests, and not rely on Dr. Bierma's 'guesses'.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Bierma and his nurse assistants are nice and cordial, however, not all, but some of the receptionists act as though they are doing you a huge favor by talking with you...in my experience they have been short, rude, and inconsiderate. I almost left the office after being mistreated by one unhappy receptionist...the dr.'s are great but the receptionist have treated me like dirt at least twice in the past.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Moore and associates for now 6 years. It does not matter which Doctor you see in his office they are all outstanding. Dr. Moore only hires the best and you can see that in all of the doctors and nurses. I will continue to take my 3 children to his office no matter what. I highly recommend that you do the same.

Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and very approachable. My children are able to relax and trust him because of his great bedside manner. I highly recommend this pediatrician. He has very competent associates too.

My children saw Dr. Moore several times, both for routine check ups and sick visits. I found him very competent, with a good manner that put the kids at ease. Friendly, helpful staff. Well scheduled, wait times are kept to a minimum. Would still have as pediatrician if not for change to family insurance policy..

PROS: Very Competent, Great Manner with Children
