If you're looking for no-fuss good haircut and feel intimidated by those big, shiny hair salons then Universal Hair is for you. The owner is really nice, does a great hair cut and is always willing to squeeze you in. Walk-ins are welcome. She does great 'threading' too - for shaping eyebrows as well as upper lip and face threading. She did my hair, facial and waxing just before I got married!
