Crystal Bride

I cannot say enough good things about this store, its owner and staff. The store has a great selection, they are very knowledgeable about the manufacturers, they have a wonderful customer service attitude, their prices are the best I found, and they are more concerned with helping you find the right dress than in selling you the most expensive one. The store is lovely and they provide a great deal of help. They even allow you to take pictures, which was a big help to me in deciding on my dress.

I am a second time bride and I had difficulty deciding what type of dress I wanted to wear. I visited nine different bridal shops so I saw a good cross section of stores. I visited the Crystal Bride three times, each with a different idea about the style of dress I wanted. I worked with the owner, Nancy, each time. Her patience and true desire to help me find the right dress were incredible. I tried on many, many dresses and they never ran out of patience with me. She just hung in there and kept trying to help me. She and one of her staff went so far as to try on several dresses that I couldnt fit into to show me how the dress would fall.

The business extrudes integrity, honesty and customer service. I highly recommend them. I also recommend that you be totally honest with them regarding your likes, your dislikes and any concerns you have. This is how they can help you the best and they will help you if you let them.
