It started well enough: I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 1 hour. The girl on the phone even THANKED me because my phone number was linked to my address in their records.
After 1 hour, i called to ask how much longer the wait... and was told that it would be about 2 minutes. I went outside with my telephone and waited 20 more minutes... and called again to ask... how much longer? When i was told:
1. The pizza was already delivered (um I'm hungry and there's no pizza here!)
2. I was not available- I was outside and the PHONE was with me! and last, I demanded my refund.
The manager agreed to refund my $16.09.
THEN sent a thuggish delivery guy who proceeded to argue with me, saying that another delivery person was outside waiting (what???) that my phone number was not working and he demanded my credit card (I wouldn't give it to him) and gave me a cold, smashed pizza in acrumpled, flattened box, then left.

I called, even e-mailed Pizza corporate (you can find it on their website) and they showed no response or interest whatsoever. So for that, they earn the #1 spot on my "Run for you Life! Avoid!" List, even before the hideous chiropractor! Congratulations on your complete customer service failure Pizza Hut!
I realize you will not learn from this, but I hope to save others from the same mediocre experience!

Pros: They answer the phone, take your order, charge your card

Cons: They will not do ANYTHING more, exept bully customers and not refund the charge when they don't deliver
